(Stairs!)

Xeth turns to Yerssot before he goes bounding over the crane. "You are injured, and unless you really want to come on a suicide mission with me, you had better stay here where it is safer, away from the saber crossing. Wish me luck, and may the Force be with you." Xeth then goes bounding quickly over the crane and towards the stairwell.

"You are reckless...always looking to the future, to the horizon...never his mind on where you are, what you are doing!
You can't take Kuylen alone, neither can you persuade Argentis alone!"

Stairs indeed. This seems like a good time to give you a general situation update.

By moving en masse to Kuylen, you forced him to move away from the stairwell during his duel; he's good but he's not going to fight ALL of you. In doing so you left the stairway clear for Faylar to escape and hence earn his gratitude.

The problem is that only one of you is actually with Faylar himself, and he is in trouble as a result. It's roughly analagous to opening the gate for a horse but forgetting to provide a rider for it.

Kuylen, of course, was keen to get BACK to the stairway ASAP, and with him in control of that duel he can do that.

Anyway. The crates are mote intact this way, Xeth. First obstacle is a droideka in front of you, flankd by four droids.

Xeth lands in front of the droideka, and begins deflecting the shots of its large cannons. The four droids behind it are blown away, and then Xeth dodges back and forth until he is behind the droideka. He delivers a heavy blow from above onto the mechanical monster.

Xeth is currently 'riding the wave', as it were. His mighty leaps gets him JUST in the right place to deliver the killing blow. The crippled droideka slumps down to the ground.

There are more droids between you and the stairs, Xeth.

Xeth turns towards the battle droids and uses the Force to push as many as possible down in the first row, knocking down some droids in the second row. He then Force speeds away towards the stairs, slashing and cutting down droids as he runs.

Kuylen and Argentis are fighting on the stairs. Argentis keeps trying to flip up over Kuylen to get a height advantage but Kuylen keeps disengaging and moving away; Argentis has to charge back in and Kuylen is always back in position.

The fallen crane lays between you and the stairs. Droids are all around.

Xeth continues to fight through the droids until he reaches the fallen crane and does a few Force jumps up to the top. How did they get there so quickly? Xeth asks himself, then leaps down towards the wayward Knight and the leader of the Dark Jedi as stealthily as he can.

(Need to wait for some others, Xeth...)

Lance now returns to this thread after his defeat at the hands of Galder.

Lance, you are slumoped back on the ground, a neat hole burnt through your right side, which only now is starting to hurt. But for those who believe the Force is sentient you can only assume it is playing with you, because one moment Galder is advancing towards you to finish you off and the next he is just as surprised as you are to see the column of crates next to him topple and fall towards him.

Meanwhile, there is a droid trying to kill you, Lance, and you can't stand.

(OUCH, that's gotta hurt Lance... 🙁 )

Xeth senses his fellow Jedi Lance Windu fall to the ground in pain, but quickly forgets it when he sees the battle droids advancing towards him and Argentis.

"Come friend phinney, we need to find the others, some might be in trouble..."
Yerssot stood up and took a step, almost falling...
"Let's find them rather slowly shall we?
We need to find master Gundark, master Kiel and friend Lance, right?"

Lance, Galder just threw himself out of the way of the falling crates, away from you. The crates crash down all around. Then, a rapid amount of highly accurate blaster fire starts to rain down towards Rex from above.

Xeth, Kuylen makes a cut and the entire portion of the stairway beneath him gives way; Argentis leaps off the stairway in mid-air and lands on the ground, taking time to dispatch a couple of droids before pirouetting back upwards.

Bit of confusuion there I am afraid, Xeth. Yerrsot is nowhere near you- and is talking to Phinney. With no stairs, approaching the duel is remarkably dangerous!

(Is there something I can jump to that would help take me to the duel?)

Xeth ran to the top of where the stairs used to be, and then looks for a place to get to the duel easier.

(Bottom! The stairs go up)

Well, Xeth, you don;t have Argentis's leaping ability but conceivably if you leapt up to some crates you could try and make a huge cross-leap over to the duel, yes. I warn you this is dangerous.

Xeth shatters the weak armor shells of a few battle droids and deflects some more shots, then turns off his lightsaber and attaches it to his belt. He runs back to the crain debris, and then, using the Force, he jumps up to the top, and then onto a crate-stack. He then leaps to the next, and then to the next, until he is close enough to the stairs. He then, using the Force again and his springy legs and the aid of his wings, he runs and leaps towards the duel.

Sorry, Xeth, but you can't get high enough! Like I say, you need to get up on top of the crates first.

Kuylen now takes a leap onto the walkways that connect the upper cranes. Argentis follows him

LAnce- Galder tries to deflects bolts at his attacker but he is moving downwards too fast and it is all Rex can do to defend himself.

His attacker is descending from a harness and drops to the ground near you.

It is Balek.

(So should I edit that?)

"Oh the Force! The communicator! Forgot it!
