Edna shakes her head. "I don't think so. I will take you to him when I have done my job. That's the best I have to offer I am afraid."

"You'll have to do better than that," says Argentis. "I've let you in here. The least you can do in return is tell me where he is or you go no further!"

"You think I know where he is? Tell me when you were his padawan did you know where he was at all times? He has no reson to report in to me where he is. He tells me the information he feels I need to know, the rest is his own business and I have no desire to enquire further into that. Sorry. We rendezvous afetr we finish here. You are more than welcome to join me and I will take you straight to him. I am certain he will be pleased to see you and make you most welcome."

Argentis looks at you, coldy.

"No... that can't be true. I KNOW how he feels. He won't let Faylar get away with what he has done. If he is not here, he is coming, and you MUST know when! Tell me!"

"Kuylen told us to come here. He had business to sort elsewhere. If he is coming to see the mission through then he would never risk interception of a transmission. It would be suicide."

"You're lying," said Argentis. "Kuylen would PLAN his attack. He's sent messages to me in worse situations than this. You'd better tell me when he is coming or I will turn you over to Faylar right now, and you will learn what is truly means to be abused."

"There is no fooling you is there? You truly are Kuylen's apprentice that is for sure. Yes I believe he will be most pleased to see you. I can take you to him. You just have to trust me. True I guess you really don't have any reason to but I am asking you to."

"I don't trust you. I am not a fool. You are a twisted creature of evil. And Kuylen will NOT be pleased to see me. And as I intend to kill him it is irrelevant anyway.

"Tell me when and where he is coming, Dark One. NOW!"

Edna looks at him with scorn. Twisted? Edna isn't twisted.

"Very well. His message said he would be arriving any time about now. That's all I know. And if you honestly believe that he will not be pleased to see him, no matter what your intention then i think you are mistaken. Or maybe I am wrong. Who knows?" Edna sighs and lowers her gaze. "I wouldn't have tricked you know. I really would have taken you to him at our rendezvous. It is a shame you you cannot see through your prejudices to trust me even a little!"

"MAybe," says Argentis. "But only because it suited you. If it did not you woulds have cut me down in a moment. I KNOW how you people work. It is feeble."

Argentis' comm unit starts bleeping.

"Faylar is calling his bodyguard," he says. "I have to go. Look..." he says, looking your over. "May the Force be With You," he finishes, reaching a hand towards your hair again.

Edna looks at him strangely. "Like you would even care. You'd rather see me dead. And you think I would have been capable of cutting you down? I wouldn't have dared! Go! Faylar will be wondering where you are!"

He brushes your hair, gently. He then nods, turns around, and dashes off.

Edna watches him go then slumps back against the wall, relieved that she made it out of that confrontation alive. Kuylen wiil be displeased that she told him when he was coming but atleast he doe not know where from. Edna checks to see where Gald is and then looks around, wondering where to go on from here.

The lower levels are poorly defended, Elle, so you can happily make your way into the main area like everyone else.

Which, as described before, is a huge open area, VERY tall, with six balconies above you. Balconies are connected by stairs (built into the walls). Corridors on each level lead to other parts of the palace and there is clearly something important up top.

THings are jumpy right now. The fire alarm went off recently, and three levels up armed guards are racing into the living quarters. You catch sight of Argentis making his way upwards.

So if that is where Argentis is going, that must be where Faylar is and so where I want to be. Edna doubts she is going to get very high by goin gup the stairs but it is worth a try just to get to the first level atleast. Edna piles her hair up inside her hat and strolls out towards the steps and starts climing her way up to the first balcony

"So, oh mighty Shareth, what should I wear? This tattered brown cloak or this armor?" Gald placed on both. The armor was just cobbled and pathetic, but he needed to look the part of one of Shareth's cronies. Then he placed the tattered brown cloak over that. He then messed up his hair and put some grease on his face.

"I will carry only my lightsabers and the communicator, and one thermal detonator. I will need nothing else." Gald removed his blaster pistol and his other three detonators and handed them to Shareth. "I will bring back as much of the gold as I can. It is rather heavy you know. Maybe once we finish off Faylar I can contact you and you can send men in to retrieve the loot."

Gald checked his thermal detonator to see if it was working. It was, so he said, "Just keep them out of my way. I will help them, but they must beware: I am dangerous with a lightsaber, and there will be an explosion." He tossed the thermal detonator back and forth between his hands, and put them back. "I have a score to settle with some people. So, where's the codebox?"

One of Shareth's cronies hands you the box- it is the Zabrak that first saw you (whose name esapes me right now).

"Now, don't mess with this thing; if it doesn't work you won't even get a sniff of the gold. And don't worry if you don't meet Faylar directly. He's a suspicious little git and he is likely to have you meet an aide. It doesn't matter so long as you get to the gold. You don't even have to grab it there and then. Once you know where it is, you can plan how to get it later with your friends.

"Now, we will take you to one of the concealed entrances to the palace where Faylar is expecting our man. It is almost certain that he won't try something or we will never return with further shipments, but keep your wits about you just in case.

"Once you have seen the gold he will expect you to take some and then leave. How you take things from there is up to you. We don't care; just once you bring the gold to us we will take you off the planet. The gold is very heavy but it is on grav platforms that you can move easily- IF your route out is clear. With all those droids around that will be hard but your own unique skills come into play there.

Are you ready, Galder?"

Edna, you get up the first level no problem; no-one seems to question you. Maintenance rooms to either side; not much fun. bThe stairs to the second level have two guards a piece.

"I'm ready for the task you have set before me. After I locate the gold, I'll take a few grav platforms of gold. Mind you, I'll return with the gold after I clear my way and my friends and I slash up Faylar's filthy body." Gald takes the codebox and places it beneath his robes. "Now, take me to the entrance. Then I'll take it from there."

"ALL the gold is the deal," says the Zabrak. "Or if you absolutely can't, then most of it, Faylar is going to pay us a huge portion anyway so there is no deal if you get us less than that.

"Ok, let's head out." They lead you towards the exit from the ship.
