"I am Mihai. Keeper of the clocks. Although you may not be joining me, I am joining you. Did you not recieve the message from the Vatican? I presume they warned you of me?"

"I arrived here before the message was sent to the Vatican, but I have never the less, received it," answered the daywalker.

~btw, trick, they're in the spirit world right now~

Tal shrugged. "I have never been to the vatican and they have never contacted me. My contacts come from other sources." She says in a monotone.

~ahha~

"That is good. Although I am surprised they send a message to you. Why not the angel?" Mihai asked, seemingly unconcerned as he gestured, "Shall we move on?"

"State your purpose of coming here and how do we know that you're not lieing?" asked Zanther, a slight edge to his voice was evident.

"Ah. You don't know if I'm lying. The message from the Vatican should have explained it, but I could have lied to them too. I suppose you really should place you trust in me, though, as I didn't destroy you when I saw how distracted you were."

"Not everyone can be trusted, not even people who appear as nice as you do," said the vampire, emphaizing the word 'appear'.

Tal sighed. "we were not distracted." she said. A slight shade of pink adorned her cheeks.

Zanther began to tap his finger tips against the handle bars of the twin tojos upon his belt.

"Ah. It is interesting, my friend, that you would say those words. Yes, I know of you, Zanther Sylvan. You wouldn't trust me because of the way I appear but you expect everyone to trust a half vampire, or a full-blooded one to most eyes, immediately? You are lucky I even agreed to accompany you on this trip. Be sure, if some of my bretheren had their way we would have left you to die. Count it in a prayer that I could convince them of your use in other matters in the future."

(Sorry, wanted to use Zanther's full name 😉)

"I can assure you, Mihai, that I cannot go down so easily as you might believe," replied the latter, nerves at the ready to grip the nearest weapon.

Tal crossed her arms. "Fine, Zanther cn help you, but that means nothing to me. I could just easily walk off and let you two go at it."

Zanther quickly looked to the angel and spoke softly, "Don't worry, I won't fight him unless I have to..."

Tal sighed. "I know, it's just, never mind. . ." She turned.

Pulling out a old beaten clock, Mihai toys with it, waiting to see if Zanther realy will go for him.
"You aren't? Well, that would be a pleasant surprise, but I expect you are used to the normal balance of time as you fight.

"Are you that cocky and arrogant to fight me so? I won't fight you, unless you provoke me to, but I prefer not to at a time like this," replied the daywalker, sounding nonchalant now.

Tal sighed and walked passed the two. "Males." she muttered. What was she chopped meat. She could fight too. Where angels lesser known then vampires or daywalkers.

Zanther turned his gaze to the departing angel, looking concerned for her. He went over to join her side, prefering to ignore the arrogant human.

Tal had stopped by a tree. She was mumling to herself when she noticed Zanther approaching. "Um, hey." she says none-to-enthusiastic. Sighing she asks, Am i that unknown?"
