Tal nodded. "Your father?" she asked. She put a comforting arm aroun his shoulders and huggged him.

Zanther felt a tad awkward when Tal hugged him, but didn't push her away and accepted her compassion to comfort him. "My father wasn't the hunter, he was the one who was slain. To many, he was known as Count Vladilius Dracula, exterminated by the Left Hand of God, Gabriel Van Helsing."

Tal pulled back at the name gasping. "You sure?" she asks. She couldn't believe it yet she could.

"Yes, I am quite sure of who my father was," said Zanther, looking away when Tal pulled away from him. "That bastard made me stay by his side as I was growing up, during my childhood years. Trying to make me like him...Bastard!" Zanther clinched his fists, age old anger at his long deceased father rising.

Tal gently grasped his clenched fists. "I'm sorry aout that. I would change it if I could."

Zanther sighed heavily as he stared down at their clasped hands, then slowly looked up and met her gaze. "I was his only son at the time and still am. None of his brides' children survived shortly after Gabriel and his companions had succeeded in slaying the brides and him." The vampire signed once more and gave the angel's hands a gentle squeeze. "It's not everyday that I tell anyone else outside the Vatican about my past and my biological parents..." He grinned crookedly, trying to lighten to mood between them.

Tal smiled. "I'm deeply honored, Zanther." she says lushing as she looks at their clapsed hands.

Alyssa shook her head " i don't know where they are ..." she looked around" maybe they went for a walk "

"lets go find them, and we get to know each other too" Eddie said and smilied

~You don't really need to have them go looking for Zanther and Tal, for my character kind of already told your characters that they were going to take a walk and that Edward will keep guard. If anything came up, he would send up a signal. Don't worry, the two didn't get far on their walk. By the way, don't you read the past posts you missed man? Don't want to have to keep explaining this stuff!~

Mihai suddenly faded into view in front of Zanther and Tal. Checking both her and Zanther out, his eyes loked as if they were focused on some distan point, even as he spoke,
"I came to you because your essence is the strongest of the group. I am to join your journey. Where do you make camp?" He didn't make it clear which of the two he was talking to.
