I think differently, True Omnipotence, is just that. All powerful.
He can make, un make, what ever he sees fit or pleases.
Not only that, this is at an Omniversal level.
I would think that in a match
Kami Tenchi vs. LoN would end up in a stalemate.
Plus, like I mentioned earlier, Tenchi is one of the few main characters, to become a True Omnipotent.

LoN is written up to be God AND chaos (the sum of all possibilities, w/order being an Infintesimally small part of it), that is complete nothingness. She doesn't just exist outside of time, reality, space and all of existence itself.. She IS what is outside of all things, which would make her omniversal, if copyrights allowed. Tenchi is a god, in the tradional sense. LoN is well above that. Plus, Tenchi doesn't know how to control his power, whereas LoN can use her power in any way she pleases... seeing as how she exists above time.
Also, I think Tenchi is the only character to actually become omnipotent. A lot of fans think that the author was just wanking the character to ridiculous levels. I liked Tenchi up until he got his cheapass light hawk wings.
