Broli didn't destroy a galaxy with ease. He destroyed beings in the galaxies with ease. Planets would have to be gone and nothing left for him to have destroyed the whole galaxy. And I can think of a few people who could easily take out Broli, Gokou, or Gohan with one tap of a finger. I can think of two others who could easily burn either one of them to ashes though not with as much ease as the first people. None in either group have the ability to destroy planets either and they could win.
