Who is the most powerful Anime character ever?

I still say ssj4 gogeta, I like dbz, i am not a fan boy don't get them mixed up lol, I just think that a ssj4 fusion is very powerful.

Actually looking at that list, there are plenty of characters that could easily beat out Kyuubi in the monster category, such as Shabranigdo from Slayers.

SSJ4 Goku is a super powered warrior. The odds of him taking a majority against Z are very slim.

Shabranigudo is the devil that Lord of Nightmares created in the Slayers. He's equivalent to Dark Star, who was also created by LoN as a devil figure in his own universe/multiverse. Both of them are universe busters. Dark Star actually destroyed his universe, though.

So is Shabranigudo a devil or a monster?

Shabranigdo is a Mazoku, a type of monster/demon from Slayers, who is the source of all magic (except the kind that stems directly from the Lord of Nightmares herself)

Seeing as how Lord of Nightmares unintentionally created 4 multiverses, each w/different realities and timelines, as well as a devil (who is a universe-buster) and a god (also a universe buster) for each universe w/in the multiverse, I'd think she wins. And easily.
