Who is the most powerful Anime character ever?

Tell me then, what other character in anime was written up to have as much power as she does? I've seen hundreds of anime, and not once have I seen a deity figure on that scale before. In fact, what character in anime besides her actually CREATES entirely new anime universes?

Do you see now why she's a head above the rest?

Most diety characters in anime are either in a weakened state(DarkStar, Shabringdigo, Washu, Tsunami) or cannot control their abilities well (Tenchi, Belldandy, Haruhi)
L-sama is the ONLY one who can. I called her the God of all anime because she technically is.

If you want to get legalistic, then fine.

But technically speaking, her being infinitely more powerful than any other anime character more than makes up her status as god of anime.

Your taking what I'm saying too litterally, I know she isn't the diety of all anime. I simply refer to her as such because really there is no force higher or even on par with L-sama.

Kami Tenchi from Tenchi Muyo is at least as powerful

(he created at least 11 universes, and seems completely omnipotent)

Kami Tenchi is an Avatar though, he isn't God. Just a manifestation of it, not to mention he has no control of his powers.

I'm not talking about Tenchi the avatar, I'm talking about Kami Tenchi, the being his is an avatar of (he appears in OVA 19 as a blue glowing version of Tenchi and speaks to him)

We don't really know who that is though, If I remeber correctly isn't it a goddess that the chousin speak of?

That was the being above them that they had been seeking out, their creator whose existence they had revealed by creating Tenchi.

No, the Chousein are goddesses.... I don't think Kami Tenchi has a real gender.

what I meant is that Kami Tenchi=The Goddess that the chousin spoke of.
