What the hell is the Diebuster Excellion Variable Gravity Well?
From the anime Diebuster (very good mecha anime, you should watch it), it's a creature that was born in the heart of a black hole, it's larger than the planet Jupiter, its hide is invulnerable to anything up to and including having the entire planet earth tossed at it at relativistic speeds, it has a black hole inside of it which it can manipulate to redirect projectile and energy weapons back at its attackers, warp space, and suck enemies in and crush them with its gravity.

The most powerful mech would have to be gundam wing zero, seeing as it can destroy entire colonys with one shot, the most powerful person i would say to be Yuske Urameshi (however you spell it).

Right, when i figure out who this Ideon person is ill get back to you on that, however if you destroy the entire universe, who are you going to gloat about your exploits to? 😉

Why does that matter? This is about the most powerful character, not the most powerful character that got to tell other people how powerful it was.
Well if he just killed everyone (seeing as the universe is everyone) and everything, unless he can create a new universe, or breath in space, that was kind of pointless, so he may be the most powerful (wheat anime is this guy from?) but if he just killed everyone and everything then he just killed himself...thus making it one of the most pointless powers to have (assuming he cant breath in space, and/or create a new universe)
