remember goku and vegeta are equals so either one of them coyuld be the strongest.And i know people who can create universes just by thinking can beat dbz character's.Is there a anime character like that?

No one is the strongest, there are too many.

DBZ characters are pretty powerful, but their are other Anime characters that simply eclipse even their powers. I say this and I'm a DBZ fanatic.

Out of all the fighter animes, they gotta be pretty close to the top.

have you seen tenchi muyo? the ova i mean. hell tenchi could destroy the multiverse by the end of the ova. and he has lighthawk wings. they cancel EVERYTHING
