Its just my opinion, prime is immensly powerful, but hey, Vegito is the man !! he may not have many feats considering the didnt get much screen time, bu if you coutn the anime, he overpowered a blasts with enough energy in it to spilt the earth in half ( a feat early DBZ fighters have accomplished) and overpowerred a Universe destroying attack !!

Gohan buu has the power to destroy dimesions. Omega Shenron is Omega Leaps and Bounds ahead of this character. So, imagine what Omega Shenron can do?
In anime, the answer to this would have to be SSJ4 Gogeta. Plain and simple. No attack from anyone would harm him, period., in anime.
In Canon Manga, SSJ Veggeto ( which is all he needed) is the strongest character to ever be created. Technically, Veggeto should be able to ascend to SSJ3, so that would make him the at SSJ3 the Supreme strongest character to ever be created.
But with the adition of gt, he can go ssj4 as well. So, it only makes him that much more ahead of the rest.
Sttrongest characters= Veggeto and Gogeta. Strongest Undisputed Character= Veggeto
And as for speed, veggeto and gogeta have no need for movement. As shown in DBZ by super buu and gotenks ssj3, theyll jsut be able to rip holes through dimensions (easily, almost effortlessly) and travel as they see fit.

Like i said, these two will be able to tear DIMENSIONS apart, and without much to any effort at all would be required. Noone can stand up to that kind of power. And im no fanboy of thes two, but its very obvius in this case.

It's the third upgrade for the Gurren lagann. GL's first upgrade could punch holes in the universe. Each form is vastly superior to the one before it.
That's not even the most powerful anime character. DBZ chars are way down the pecking order. Also your argument is extremely flawed.

Travel through time ill give that one to you. Since only trunks did it with a machine, its unknown whther dbz characters can do that, sense they had no need.
