Gohan Buu could open a hole in a dimension, then the holes would cause the dimensions to collapse, and all this is of course based on the words of a fallible third party character's words which should not be treated as fact. Buu cannot directly destroy a dimension, he needs to create a hole leading to the dimensions first.
No, a wonky chain reaction caused by Omega Shenron's existence was affecting the universe.Omega Shenron had no control over the power, and there is nothing to indicate that he can willingly destroy the universe in an attack.
SSJ Vegeto is not as strong as Omega Shenron, that is stupid. SSJ4 would be, but SSJ4 Vegeto does not exist. Omega's strongest attack was planet destroying.

How do you think that goku and vegeta knew before the planet earth was destroyed that the blast that buu created was going to destoy earth, did you think they guessed it because of its size, no, they knew it because they can sense power levels. Why would goku just jump out and say that if he cant defeat frieza on namek he's will destroy the universe if he didnt think that frieza didnt have the power to destroy a universe. Thats like me saying, if magneto dont kill hulk our universe is in danger, or if superman dont kill zod the universe is in terrible danger. That would be stupid since we know that either dont have close to universe destroying or even solar system destroying power.

Big deal they sense power level..Doesn't mean they know how much it takes to do something with it when said attack has never been done. Cell's claims about having the power to destroy a solar system is about as good as Hulk's claim about being the strongest there is. Also Freeza never split Namek...He made a long trench on the surface of the planet.

Im not sure about this but..everyone know after the fight with Frieza the planet Namek blows up right !!..however, when gouk si telling the Z fighters how he escaped the dying world, the explosion cud be seen from outside the galaxy !! meaning it was a solar system beign destroyed atleast, it was actually bigger than a solar system, goku did say the planet yardrat was lightyears away from namek !! im guessing the ship took him out of nameks solar systembasically just before it fully blew. Remeber the energy build up was intense, frieza and goku wud be fighting then ther wud eb a clip of energys pulsing towards the planets, its my guess the energy build up, was soo great the soalr systme was destroyed !

Hell goku was past planet destroying during his confrontation with vegeta for the 1st time. They think that since a character havent destroyed a universe then theyre not a universal threat. I would agree with them IF dragonball characters didnt have the ability to sense power levels.
Considering the Earths makes up only 1/5^28th of conventional matter in the universe, which in turn only makes up 1/20th of the universe's mass I'm going going to want some feats above planet busting. Maybe a few trillion times. Even then your looking at roughly 10^20 years to destroy the universe by destroying a trillion planets a day.
For someone to be a universal threat without having been shown to do it, I'd at least like to see some Galactic clusters being destroyed.
Someone who can destroy a galaxy over a period of time (which is what Brolly and Buu did) is not a universal threat. There are 500 billion galaxies in our universe. Would you call someone capable of destroying 1/500 billionth of the Earth a planetary threat?
