~Oh sh!t I knew I forgot something!! I am SO SORRY~

Lydia shook her head. "Where's Remus." she asked.

~Meh, I don't think Ush got my PM........*coughs* still time *coughs*~

James sighed in frusteration.

"I think he's in the dorms," He said in a mono-tone voice.

Lydia looks at the floor sadly. "yeah." she replied heading to her normal dark corner of the commonroom. She slid down sitting on the cold floor.

James raised an eyebrow. "Why're you sitting on the floor?" He asked, looking down at her.

Lydia not looking up. She sighed. "just because." she said knowing she would never fully open up in front of Lily and even then she would leave out a huge part.

James gave her a look that said, "You'd better tell me before I do something stupid and drastic".

Lydia shook her head and glanced at Lily before looking at the floor.

James also looked in lily's direction. "Problem solved!" He said, pushing Lily up the stairs.

Lydia sighed. "I...I'm just shaken about the vampire."

"Come on, that can't be all on your mind..." He said in a sing-song voice.

LYdia glared. "My mother was killed by a vampire." she hissed. "Why wouldn't that freak me out."

James blinked, taken aback by her comment. 'Ah crap...' he thought, he could kick himself right now.

"Well, jeeze, I didn't know that!" He said, glaring back. "I can't read your mind, Lydia! How the hell was I supposed to know?" He said slightly loudly, giving her a glare.

"You would know if you weren't so absorbed in Evans." Lydia commented coolly. A voice that reminded James of Malfoy. Lydia took out a part of the daily prophet out of her pocket and handed it to James. On the front was a picture of her as a five-year old and a small blonde boy consoling her. The whole front page spoke about how the vampire had tortured her mom to death. Slowly draining her blood while Lydia watched.

James read through the article several times over, then glanced at Lydia. "I'm not absorbed with Evans, Lydia. It may seemed like I don't, but I have problems with my family too, and friends. It might seem all glamorous for me to you, but it isn't all fun and games for me," He said.

"But...I'm sorry. I didn't know, I usually dont read the news," He said, placing a hand on her shoulder.

Lydia slid gracefully out of his grip. "I don't want your pity party, Potter." she says cooly much different from the old Lydia. She had spoken tig. "You wouldn't give it to me if you knew who I am, more importantly what I am." she stood.
