The Marauders

"James she cant make it to the common room its up the stairs you take her legs I take her head." and James and Lupin bought picked up Lydia and started carrying her up the stairs.

Lydia lushed furious. She had thought Lupin was ignoring her. "Thanks." she says shyly.

Lupin and James put Lydia on the sofa. Lupin ran to the chairs to get more pillows and put it all over Lydia "Ok now rest do you want me to bring you anything from the cafeteria Lydia?" said Lupin caringly. He grew to have a crush on Lydia.

Lydia shook her head. "No thank you." she said. She gave him a small smile as she closed her eyes enjoying the cushiony softness of the pillows.

"James lets go and call madam pomfy " said Lupin and then whispered to james and said "Ill watch over her" and James ran to get madam pomfrey while Lupin made noises like he was running but he himself sat down in a chair so Lydia wouldnt be bothered by him because she doesnt know he was there because Maybe she would be shy or uncomfrtoble.

Lydia sighed a little more relieved. Yawning she opened her eyes. She really didn't feel like dealing with the nurse. She tried to sit up but it was too painful to push herself up into that position.

"You want me to help you " said Lupin as he helped her push herself up.

Lydia blushed. She coughed slightly. "Um, why are you helping me? Haven't you heard?"

"Heard what?" replied Lupin

"That I'm a Malfoy. That you shouldn't go out with me or I'll stab you in the back. Isn't that why you didn't speak to me for so long?" Lydia asked confused.

Lupin laughed hard "WHo cares your a Malfoy! I mean comeone you hang out with Gryffindors and Ravenclaws! I dont care that your a malfoy I wasnt speaking for so long because one of the slytherins put a spell on me so I couldnt talk to you! I tried to get away from you because I didnt want you to think I dont have a crush on you Oops" said Rhemus he closed his mouth like he said something wrong and ran up the stairs to the boys dormitories in embarassment.

Lydia blushed. linking she sat there. Had Lupin just said he had a crush on her.

James came back. "The nurse is on her...way?" He stuttered, noticing Lydia's red cheeks. "Erm.....right. How's your back? You need anything? A drink? food? Want me to go beat up that kid? A drink?"

"I. . .uh . .Remus said he has a c. . .crush on m. . .me." Lydia stuttered. "He ran up to the oy dorms."

Lupin was really peeking throu and listening.

"I didn't mean to make him run off, James. Why can't I do anything right?" Lydia said silently crying.

James shook his head. "Don't start crying! It isnt your fault. Just focus on your recover, ok? He said. "And you can do plenty right." He added.

"So I guess our swim is gonna be postponed then, huh?" He asked, grinning.

"ITs not your fault I ran away its just im too well Shy right James?? YOuve known me my whole life and that im shy when it comes to well.. girls" said RHemus revealing himself.

Lydia blushed even more. She wanted to die. She was so embarrassed.

James rolled his eyes. "Lupin, cut it out of Lydia might blush herself to death." He joking, giggling at them.
