Not really, they say basically what they would say in real life. Phineas Nigellus is always sneering and going on about how teachers know best, and that corpulent red-nosed wizard is always making outraged noises. Like I said, they do nothing new, just what they did when they were alive. Further examples; Mrs Black wont change from her screaming and Sir Cadogan will always be barmy. Dumbledore will just sit there and say stuff he's already said, being humourous and intelligent, yet saying nothing new and inciteful.
