Ok, lets just get the facts out of the way. Cap is one of the best human level combatants in the Marvel universe,like as in top 5. If you are human ,and you get into a fight with Cap, you'll probably get your @$$
kicked. Batman is one of the best human level combatants in the Dc universe,like as in top 5. If you are human ,and you get into a fight with Batman, you'll probably get your @$$
kicked. Add in the fact that these are the two most skilled tacticians in comics(thats right, ALL comics) and you've got quite a fight. Batbelts and sheild add an equal advantage to both combatants .In fact ,this would be a textbook example of a stalemate...except for the one ,micro advantage that the Bat has over almost every opponent: his cold heart. Its gonna take the Bat about 3 seconds to figure out why Norse gods, billionaire playboy in iron pajamas and psychotic sorceresses follow this guy. He's the best. Batmans only true and sizeable advantage is that he fights dirty, and he enjoys fighting dirty. Add in the fact that he went toe-to-toe with the Dc equivalent of Cap(the Soldier,from Maximums) and in the end in the very bitter brutal, blood -soaked end, its the Bat.

Cap-10/10 bats gets slower with time, cap just gets faster.
