Agreed, Tobey has proved to be Spider-Man-esque. he showed us he can handle being SPidey and has showed it greatly in the last 2 movies. the only thing is, Raimi is just telling him to be a realy pussy, he should be a sarcatic dude with a deal with judgment and choices. Other than that, thumbs up, Tobey as Parker.

They better not recast Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man or the Harry Potter kids in Harry Potter for that matter. I don't care how old they get. people are always playing roles that are younger than they really are. same thing with Tobey Maguire in the Spider-Man movies. But that's just my opinion. I dislike it when they change actors, unless they wait a few years and restart the whole thing, stop all together, or have the next person look and sound exactly like the last person, and that's hard to do. That's one of the reasons why I thought that any of the Batman movies after the second Batman sucked. And I liked Batman Begins because they were pretty much starting over. So I hope they keep Tobey Maguire, altogether, because it wouldn't look right if they changed him after the third.
