Gwen Stacy was Peter Parker's first true love in the comicbooks. she was killed by the first Green Goblin. That was actually what the ending to the first Spider-Man movie was based after, (You know, the whole bridge scene) only Gwen was replaced by Mary Jane, and she didn't die.

OH .. ok.. So Raimi has already messed up the comics story.. alot I take it......

yeah, but so do all Superhero movies. I don't remember there being a love interest between Iceman and Rogue in the X-Men comics, but there was one in the X-Men movie.

Yah, I guess...

Well then if thats the case maybe Gwen Stacy won't be with peter, or even be interested, maybe she ends up with Harry, or Eddie...lol.. that would be interesting...
