Mary-Jane as Black Cat would change the story,you do have good ideas, but it doesn't seem right for Mary-Jane to be Black Cat. That's just my opinion.

um the only people i think they could make a little different tey they were in comins would be harry as hobgoblin and jameson son scorpion since jameson was really behond the whole scorpion thing anyway so since he is mad at mj maybe he finds out peter is who she is with and becomes scorpion

No. Black Cat was gonna be in the second movie as Felicia Hardy, and we might see her indeed in the third movie. They had a good story written, but they needed more screen time for Doc Ock so they took her out. Arad said we might see her in another movie sometime though.(commentary, SpiderMan 2 DVD.)again. lol
