Glow text doesn't work in Firefox.

If it's not working, make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installed; you can get that from microsoft.com.

I got it working, but how do I make convert them from Photoshop CS brushes to photoshop 7 brushes, so they would work on photoshop 7

Save the PNG images, open them in PS, go to Edit > Define Brush, then when you've done that for all of them open up the Preset Manager, select all the ones you did, and Save the set.

In the Preset Manager, how do I select all of the ones I did? It only selects one.

Hold down Ctrl while you select them to select more than one.
