and do i have to pay for photoshop? my dad has it, but i cant use it for 2 reasons:
1) we dont know how many uses it has, if its only 2, my dad'll need the other
2) we dont even know if it'll work on windows 🙁

1) You can install it as many times as you want, I've had to reinstall mine a ridiculous number of times.
2) Of course it works on Windows.

How do I blend two images together?

Layering ✅ put the two images on different layers, and go from there. Use the eraser to erase out parts you don't want, and change the blend modes.
