My suggestion...throw Dogwaffle away. Those backgrounds aren't good at all. ❌
Good Tutorial
OK so for those of you that can't make your image smaller in KB here are the steps.
1) Finish your sig
2) Press Print Sceen/SysRq key(to the right of F12)
3) Open up Microsoft paint, start a new project, and press CTRL+V
4) Pick the 'Select' Tool(A rectangle with dotted lines)
5) Select your sig with it and press CTRL+C
6) Once you have done that open up another project and don't save this one.
7) Press CTRL+V to copy your sig
8) Now make the extra white space smaller so you don't see it
9) Go to 'File' and 'Save As'
10) Go to the little dialog box and save it as a JPG
11) Your sig now should be under 30kb

Or, in Photoshop, go to File > Save For Web... and then adjust the slider/options. 😛

And that will also destroy the quality. Like Hotsauce said....use Save For Web.

Does anyone know how I can create a signature where like..the background and everything is black and white except the subject. Like say a picture of a person standing in the woods and you want the woods to be black, and want the person to be their normal color (That was just a mere example). Does anyone know how to do this?

Very easy. Use the lasso to select just the person, invert the selection so that the background is selected, and then desaturate it.
Or in Photoshop you can simply use the Sponge tool on the background, that'll leech out the color and desaturate it too.
