If your PS is "legal" you can download updates and bug fixes from adobe site.

hmm guys. my sigs arent that bad but the writing sucks.. can someone tell me how to like put better font...? thanks.

Well, first of all download some decent fonts. And if you put your font on a new layer (layers - new raster layer on PSP, not sure about on PS or GIMP) then change the blend modes, lower the opacity of the layer, etc, so it blends in nicely. Oh, and you can get glowing font by duplicating the layer the text is on, then blurring one of the layers.
