hmm dont know if this has been answerd bfore, went threw a few pages didnt see it, for now im using gimp (possibly getting cs2 soon) but im trying to figue out the basics, and i dont know how to cut out part of a picture to repaste on another, and also, how to fade one picture over another one, hopeing somone can help me with this, it will be greatly appreciated, thnx for your time

hey does anybody know wut dir stands for

Can someone fill me in on how to change the size of png and gif files usually I stick with Jpg and it allows me to mess with the quality but gimp doesn't do the same with other files like png so if anyone can fill me in on this it'd be most appreciated, thanks 😄
