Wow, and I didn't even try.
But seriously, I don't go out of my way to discourage or offend people. On the same note, I don't go out of my way to be courteous and 'nice' to people either. I'm blunt, and I tell it like it is. If people want to live in a fantasy world where everything is sunshine and lollipops, well, don't talk to me then.
oh my god he has mps we need a coolness injector toot sweet

Hello Koto- Someone will someday "take" and "use" your charactors in a fanfic just as you have taken Marvels. I appreciate your feelings, but you put your work out here to get people involved in your charactor, and once they do, they will have their own ideas and will want to express them. Its genie outta bottle, cat outta bag, rabbit outta hat.
I like your series. I have a pref for the symbi sticking with its orig host- you can get my full post on that at Scibott's awesome symbi fanpage. I'm happy with the way you wrote the transfer. The only thing that would make sense to me is the route that you chose- establishing that Eddie has gone through a change that makes him need the bond and the action less. I wish, however, that this change was more about him growing more complete and self-fulfilled, and less about him growing old. But I respect that you put work into his charactor rather than just sweeping him under a rug. Often in fanfic, things happen JUST BECAUSE, that's why.
As far as Naomi's love life, given her past history, any relationship at this point would be volatile and painful for both parties, becuase she'd be working through so much sh8t and has had very little time to even know her own feelings consciously. Her behavior would be erratic and totally unfair to her partner. So when I hear you say love interest, I suspect you're about to start a VERY DARK story arc. After all, you DO have her licking every other guy in sight. Her hormones and feelings are out of control! But I love it.
I also like Malice. If she's as bad as she seems, I hope she kidnaps Eddie. Now that a woman is lethal protector, its time for her to start rescuing men in distress. (I think Hostile may be in distress at this very moment.) Naomi, rescue him!

Am I the only one that honestly believes that Marvel-based storylines must be a constant cycle of angst and pain to actually work? I cant imagine any Spidey character getting a happy ending, especially one as angry as Eddie Brock 😉

"Oh, my heroine in shining symbiote! However may I repay you?"
Yeah man, I could get lost in that thought for quite some time.
freezedoom: They are gonna write medical textbooks about the things I'm going to do to you if you dont stop spamming.
Hostile it can happen when you "retire" charactors. I like to see good charactors get an occaisional bone. (Cuz I'm NICE) Then, of course, when you decide to bring them back to the action- whadaya do?- why inject some pain and angst!
Hostile and Naomi sitting in a tree...
L. I. C. K. ing each other's faces?! 😱

Unlikely. Generally speaking, fan fiction writers very seldom use the original characters of other fan fic writers in their stories, unless the two or more writers are working together in some manner, creating a series or whatever, and have the express permission of the other writing parties to use their characters. Also, it is written on my website that all original characters are not to be used without consent.
