It was 2 months that Raz was gone, for starters.

And sometimes emergencies come up and giving an explanation as to what's going on isn't possible.

Of course but how often does an emergency prevent you from accessing a computer just to write a 2 line post. I know I would if I was running a forum. No matter how many members. Even if the emergency prevents one from accessing a computer then a little explanation on return would hardly be a bad thing.

You guys really are making me embellish far to much on this. You could just let it go. Now you're actually making me feel like I really give a damn. Which is just not the case. You're making me look like the anti-raz. Not cool.

I think that sometimes things come up which take prioity over this forum, besdies, it survives. He has been absent for long times before, and the forum lasted.

Fine, whatever, I actually couldn't give 2 shovels of shit. It was probably one of those times where I was disagreeing with someone just because they were annoying me. This conversation has gone on too long.

Okay,

What members on here need to realize is that what they think does not matter. This is Raz's site. He owes us nothing. The fact that he allows any of us on here is a privlige. He doesn't have to tell us anything. If he wanted to tommorow he could delete the fourm and there is nothing any of us could do about it.

I think members have started to think that they have any power at all over what happens on KMC and outside of the mods we do not.

Suggestion: Is it possible to have an automatic delete of your PMs after a certain amount of time?

My point is we don't have the right to demand anything from Raz, he could throw us all off the site if he wanted to. He can do whatever he wants because it's his site and he doesn't owe us anything.

It would have been nice to have some warning he was leaving though, that's just my opinion.

The circumstances didn' t allow it and try to be understanding and patient even if you are left out of the loop, as Raz has a damn good reason.

I'm of the inclination that if Raz isn't here regularly, he no doubt has good reason. As if he needs to answer to anyone here, courteous or not.

hmm... guess it's pointless making suggestions any time soon. I always seem to pick the worst time to make suggestions.

That actually already happens, I've discovered the hard way...

(too many PMs to save and all my older ones have been deleting themselves)

Actually it doesn't, He doesn't get paid to do it and he cannot be fired. So as I said he owes us nothing. And we don't have the right because we are powerless.

We are not powerless. The members dictate everything in a forum. Without the members there wouldn't be a forum. This thread in itself shows we have power in the forums. We suggest things and the staff take them in to consideration.
