Seriously, it's not a problem when there's a couple videos or images. It's when it's like I said and someone has like 10 videos and 50 images, half of which are huge animated GIFs, that it gets problematic and annoying.

However if I were given the chance to purge the Custom Smilies pages, 90% of them would be deleted for being stupid and never used.

I'm just saying that there are a ton of dupes, lots of smilies I've never even seen used in all my time here, and the Galan smilies which are nothing but sprites and could have been hosted somewhere else.
What would be awesome, though, is to separate the Custom Smilies into categories or even by who uploaded them. The page tells you that smilies are linked to the creator so it wouldn't be too hard to set it up so we can see who all made what.

It's never been cleaned up...that's the problem. 🙁
It'll never be cleaned up either, because it ruins past posts on the forums that had the smilies in them, and if you delete that smiley you are left with broken code everywhere.
