I agree and since people like Hulk has fts of ripping through shields that has enough power to hold back the Celestial race (which is far greater than planetary power) and Gladiator has fts of containing a blast to the point that it created a star (this ft also piss on planetary power) and Hyperion has fts of holding back entire Universes (which piss on planetary power as well), a lot of people should be insects to them as well.

The better you get yes but it doesn't mean you will be better than anyone no matter how much you train. For example, Cap is a far better fighter than most beings who had thousands of years of training and experience. It's all about showings. Showings >>>Experience.

If you read the actual fights and not people's words you would clearly see that Superman is a much better fighter than Gladiator (using powers and not h2h). Superman has used his powers in much smarter ways and much more efficiently than Gladiator. S
1. Superman has used his HV very creatively
2. Superman has used his speed very creatively (even going intangible)

Superman has far superior strength and speed feats to Gladiator. Gladiator busting a planet is his best strength feat. Superman has feats that put that one to shame.

The only disadvantage Superman has is in the very beginning (he holds back). But that advantage would dissipate as the fight progresses.

I like to see Glads containing a blast with strength where the blast creates a star.

Also Superman has held black holes. Black holes>>>>>>>>>>stars.

Lastly blasts can be mostly heat energy (enough to ignite a star), so containing one doesn't necessarily mean strength but rather durability against heat.
