Last time: After seeing the gruesome murder scene in Tokyo, Tim stayed in his room for a whiel thinking over what to do. He then came out and went to the police station to talk with Kowaji. Tim has come up with 2 suspects. One is Raijuta and the other is someone Tim wouldn't want to believe is it. Then, in the morning, Tim head for Izu, where he thinks Raijuta is waiting, rebuilding his kingdom.
Act I: Time of Revenge
Chapter 2: The Killer is Located
(Tim is now about at the intersection of Izu and Kyoto)
Tim: You know, Yoshi's village isn't that far away from here. Maybe I'll pay him a visit.
(And so he does)
(Yoshi's house)
Yoshi: Oh, hi Tim! How are you doing?
Tim: Not bad. You?
Yoshi: Not much since you were here last time.
Tim: It's been a while, hasn't it?
Yoshi: So, what have you been up too?
Tim: Not much since I married Misao.
Yoshi: You seemed very happy that day.
Tim: I was......because I've finally found happiness.
Yoshi: (smiles) I'm glad.
Tim: Thanks!
Yoshi: So, where are you headed?
Tim: Izu.
Yoshi: For what?
Tim: .........Well........
Yoshi: You can tell me Tim.
Tim:..........To battle someone.
Yoshi: Who?
Tim: Possibly someone named Raijuta.
Yoshi: .........Raijuta. I know of him.
Tim: You do?!
Yoshi: Yes. He once came to our village. When he was here, he stole things without anyone knowing, but I knew, but I never told anyone, because I knew I'd probably be killed by him, by how strong he looked with his sword. It was well after a month that he left and headed for Izu.This was about 2 weeks ago. I was relieved he was gone.
Tim: I can see why.
Yoshi: I'm glad I didn't tell, or I'd be a dead man now.
Tim: Yep.
(They both laugh.)
Yoshi: Planning on staying long? It might rain, from the looks of it.
Tim: Maybe I'll stay for lunch, if that's alright.
Yoshi: Certainly.
(1 hour later after eating, it is raining)
Tim: Oh boy, you were right.
Yoshi: I usually am about these things. So, what are you going to do?
Tim: .........I think I should get going, or it might be too late.
Yoshi: Alright, I see. Good luck then........Oh yeah, here's a little bag of food for you.
Tim: Thanks!
Yoshi: You're welcome.
Tim: (extends hand) Thanks for everything!
Yoshi: You're welcome!
(They shake hands)
Tim: Well.......see ya!!
Yoshi: Bye!!
(Tim leaves)
Yoshi: (himself) Good luck........Tim.
(The intersection)
Tim: Well, on to Izu.
(And so, Tim ventures on)

(He suddenly wakes up)
Tim: Misao?! Uhhh....(Tim suddenly finds out it was all a dream while sleeping under a tree) I swore I heard her. (He looks up at the sky) Well, it's stopped raining. (He get's up) Boy, everyone's probably worried about me. Well, there's no point in worrying. I'll return.......I promise!!
????: I know you will!!
Tim: ORO?!?!
(The person comes out of the woods)
Tim: Mi......Misao?!?!
(She walks up to him and slaps him)
Misao: How could I THINK of letting you go alone?! What the hell got into me?!
Tim: Uhhhh.......
Misao: What?! What is it?!
Tim: ............
Misao: Tell me, dammit!!!
Tim:........(starts crying)
Misao: .........Tim?
Tim: Misao........thanks.
Misao: What?
Tim: I needed someone by my side.

(After about a minute of laughing)

Misao: Earlier this morning.
Tim: So, it WAS you I heard when I was sleeping!!

Misao: So, you stopped by too see Yoshi, right?
Tim: What is this?! Have you been spying on me?!
Misao: That's what ninjas do, right?
Tim: I guess you're right.

(Walking through the woods)

(They then come to a clearing in the woods where, when they look up, they can see the mansion on the hill)

(They both look behind them)

Raijuta: So......you know me?
Tim: Who wouldn't?
(I forgot to say Raijuta is about 2x taller than Tim so this will be tough and also, his age is unknown, but seems like he is 40.)
Raijuta: In place of the battousai, you have come instead?
Tim:..........That's right.
Raijuta: Then you're wasting your time. You will die!!
Misao: ...........
Tim: I think you're mistaken!! Those are my words!!
Raijuta: Oh......getting fiesty aren't we?
Tim:............
Raijuta: No matter! I'll put an end to that when I kill you!
Tim:........Hhmphh!!
Misao: Tim..........
Tim: Misao.......step back.
Misao: O.....okay.
(She goes into the woods)
Raijuta: Alright then, shall we begin?
Tim: .......Of course!!
(Charge, then they cross swords when they meet, and they hold it)
Raijuta: So, you still want to fight, even though you might lose?!
Tim: I know I won't lose, because.......I still have a life to live, that I do!
Raijuta: Lives are meaningless, unless you live by the sword!!
Tim: Then, you must live a pretty shitty life!!
Raijuta: Shut UP!!!
(Raijuta forces Tim back, then sends his sword towards TIm's head)

(Tim suddenly disappears then shows up behind Raijuta)

Raijuta: That doesn't matter!! It's just beginner's luck!!

Tim: A lot more than you do, big boy!!

(Charging Tim)
Tim: (himself) Childish.......
Raijuta: AAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!(aiming for Tim's head again, but the same thing happens with Tim)
Tim: Is this all?! Is this what the "powerful" Raijuta can do?!

(charging again)

(Instead of going for the head, he does a straight slash down, but...)
Raijuta: Wha?! (his sword hits the ground) This is getting old!! Where are y......?!
(Tim suddenly slashes Raijuta across the back)

Tim: And to think I was worried.......fighting a weakling like you is a waste of my time!!
Raijuta: It's not over yet!!

Misao: (herself) It's like.......he isn't feeling the effects of the slash, except for when he was feeling the sword cut him!
Raijuta: That attack did hurt, but I've learned to absorb all the pain into my sword, which makes my attacks more powerful!!
Tim and Misao: Uhhh......
Raijuta: That's right!! Everytime you hurt me, I become more powerful!!!
Tim: This.........is impossible!!
Raijuta: Oh, it's possible, and it's right in front of you!! HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!
Misao: Tim, get out of there!! You're going to be killed!!
Tim: No, I'm staying!!
Misao: What are you, nuts?! You can't kill him!! Everytime you hurt him, he get's more powerful!!
Tim: I might know of a way too beat him!!
Raijuta: I think you're bluffing!!

(Tim does the same thing as always, 2 diagonal slashes, a sideway slash, and straight-slash down, then.....)

(He sends the energy down, then he lands on his feet)
Raijuta: .........
Tim: There's NO WAY you can avoid it now!!
Raijuta: Oh?! (as the energy is about to hit him, he raises his sword, then suddenly CUTS THE ENERGY IN HALF!!!!!)
Tim: Uhhhhhhh?!
Misao: Ahhhhhhh?!
Raijuta: ......Hm hm hm hm hm!! HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! What the hell was THAT?!
Tim: Aaahhhhhh!!!!!!!
Raijuta: And to think, that came from one of the strongest in Japan!
Misao: (herself) No, if THAT didn't work.....then Tim doesn't have a chance!!

(He jumps up in the air, extends sword out, then energy starts collecting at the tip of it, forming into a large ball)

(There is a HUGE crater in the battlefield and TIm is nowhere in sight)

Misao: Uhhh.......(she heads for the edge of the crater, and.....) What?
Raijuta: Hmmm?
Misao: See what?
Raijuta: What?! (he heads for the edge too, and see's NOTHING!!!) Wh.....where is he?! Well, I probably destroyed him beyond words, have I?! Ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!
Misao: No....look!!! (points behind him)
Raijuta: Uuhhh......(looks)It.....can't be!!!!! You annoying son-of-a-*****!!!!!
Tim: ............
Raijuta: How the hell could you have avoided it?!
Tim: It's just luck, that's all, and skill to go along with it!!
Raijuta: If you have skill, then what was up with your Sword of Justice thing?!
Tim: Even though both of our special attacks didn't do squat, there's still a chance that I'LL win!!
Raijuta: I doubt it!!

Misao: (to herself) Tim's got him, I know it!!

Raijuta: If you insist (extends sword), fine!!! (jumps in the air towards Tim) Here I come!!
Tim: Hhmphhh!!!!!
(CLANK!!!!! Raijuta's sword hit's the ground where Tim was standing, but then.....)
Raijuta: Got you!!! (he suddenly uses the Tobe Azuna towards where Tim was going to land)
Misao: TIM!!!!! Look out!!!
Tim: Uuhhh.....
Raijuta: HA HA HA!!!!!
Misao: No....!!!
(Tim tries to land faster, then when he does, he QUICKLY turns around, draws his sword, then cuts the Tobe Azuna in half)
Raijuta: Uugh...!!!
Misao: Alright!!!
Tim: (breathless) Heh heh!!! Thought you......had me, huh?!
Raijuta: You bastard!!! (charges uncontrollably at Tim)
Tim: It ends here!!!!! (charges at Raijuta too)
Misao: Tim!!!!!
Raijuta and Tim: AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! (CCCCLLLAAANKKKK!!!!!!!) They cross swords very quickly then are ob opposite sides of each other, legs spread and swords extended out, a pose a lot of fighters do after a charge for a good minute, they just stand there, not moving an inch, till......)
Raijuta: Uahhauahh......(Raijuta collapses)
Tim: Heh!!! Owww.....(Tim falls to the ground)
Misao: Tim!!!!!! (she runs to him) Tim, are you alright?! Aahhh....(looks at his chest) Tim.......
Tim: I'm........alright, it's.......not that deep.
Misao: Can you move?
Tim: No.......I can't.
Misao: Then let me carry you home!
Tim: No......just leave me!
Misao: No, you're not leaving me!!

Yoshi: Same here. Anyhow, you must be tired, and besides, you're hurt. Want me to treat your wounds?

(That night......when everyone was in bed)
(Tim is sitting outside on the ground, looking at the stars)
Tim: (to himself) .........I feel......like it's not over yet. I know that.......my battle from before isn't over. He's still out there......somewhere. Oh, whatever. I killed him. Besides, I'm just tired probably.
Misao: Tim?
Tim: Oh Misao?
Misao: (sits down next to him) Thinking again?
Tim: Yeah.
Misao: About what?
Tim: My enemies I've fought in the past.....including Raijuta too.
Misao: Oh, why?
Tim: .........No reason. (then to himself) If I tell her anything, she might get killed. It's best that way.
Misao: So, looking forward to going home tomorrow?
Tim: Of course!! (puts him arm around Misao) Wherever friends are waiting for me, I'll go.
Misao: Tim.......(lays on Tim's arm) How about.....we sleep out here tonight?
Tim: .........Alright.
(Morning)
(Tim and Misao are waking up outside)
Tim: (strectching)Oohh boy.....that felt good!!
Misao: Yeah, you haven't slept much, have you, ever since that murder?
Tim: No I haven't, but now that there's no danger to worry about, I was able to sleep peacefully......even when I had my wife by my side.
Misao: Heh!
Yoshi: Oh, there you are!!
Tim: Hi Yosh!
Yoshi: Why did you guy's sleep out here?
Tim: We just wanted to be alone for a while, after what we've been through.
Yoshi: Yeah, I know what you mean, fighting an evil dictator then fighting someone like Raijuta. It's tough.
Tim: Yeah.........
Yoshi: Is......something wrong?
Tim: ...........Huh? Oh......no.
Misao: Tim, you've been acting weird since last night. Tell me, is there something wrong?
Tim: No.......it's nothing. Really.
Misao: ...........
Yoshi: ...........
Tim: Anyhow, I think we better get going. Everyone must be worried about us.
Misao: Yeah, you're right.
(5 minutes later)
Tim: Well Yosh, we'll be off now!!

(They leave)
Tim: And off we go, down the road to home, once again.

(They come to the intersection)
Tim: Say goodbye to Izu, Misao. We won't be seeing it for a while.

(Suddenly, we are shown a scene in a town)
????: That boy has not heard the last of me. He might've beaten Raijuta, but I will not fall victim to him.......EVER AGAIN!!!!! HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! HAA HAA HAA HAA HAA!!!!!!! (This goes on for about 30 seconds)
Next time: Upon returning home, they are greeted by Kaoru who is waiting for Kenshin and the others to return from the marketplace in Tokyo. As they're waiting, they're suddenly attacked by a bunch of guy's from a group called the Jinpuu Squad. What does this mean for Tim, Misao, and Kaoru? Find out next time!!!

Last time: Raijuta, a strong swordsman that fought Kenshin before, came back to take his revenge on Tim. Because of this, Tim went on a journey once again.......alone. Along the way, he came to an intersection that said on a sign Izu and Kyoto. He went down the way to Kyoto so he could visit Yoshi. After spending a little time there, he head for Izu. However, along the way, he ran into Misao. Afterwards, they set forth. When they arrived in Izu, it was quiet. They progressed as safely as possible. Then, Raijuta appeared, and the battle began. During their battle, they used each of their ultimate techniques, but to no avail, they didn't work. Suddenly, Raijuta charged Tim and so did Tim towards Raijuta. They drew their swords, then stood in place on opposite sides. Raijuta suddenly fell, and so did Tim, but was only injured. Afterwards, they went back to Yoshi's to spend the night, then head home.
Act I: Time of Revenge
Chapter 6: Return of the Jinpuu Squad
(Entrance to Tokyo)
Tim: Well........we're home!
Misao: Yep.
Both: ..........
Tim: Everyone will be happy to see us, after worrying them.
Misao: I think so!
Tim: Let's go home....Misao.
Misao: .......Okay.
(They walk to the dojo)
(Outside the front doors)
(KNOCK KNOCK)
Kaoru: Coming!! (opens doors) Tim!!! Oh Tim, you're alright!! (hugs him) I was so worried about you!!
Tim: Thanks Kaoru, I was worried too! (walks inside) Where is everybody?
Kaoru: They went out to shop. I'm here looking over the place.
Tim: Oh.
Kaoru: Also, Misao?
Misao: What?
Kaoru: Why did you go off without telling anyone?
Misao: I'm sorry.......I was just worried about Tim. I couldn't help being away from him.
Tim: Misao.......
Kaoru: I'll forgive you, but tell us next time, okay?
Misao:........Okay!!
Tim: What do we do now?
Kaoru: Are you hungry?
Tim: Actually, we are. We haven't had anything since we left for Yoshi's.
Kaoru: You stopped by?
Tim: He wasn't that far off from an intersection of Izu and Kyoto.
Kaoru: That was nice of you.
Tim: Yeah. He gave us something to eat and also let us spend the night.
Kaoru: Okay. Also, did you fight?
Tim: Yeah. It was Raijuta like I thought, trying to rebuild his kingdom in Izu again. I defeated him.
Kaoru: I can see you got hurt a little.
Tim: It's from the final charge we did.
(Flashback of Tim and Raijuta charging each other one last time)
Tim: I got cut in the chest, but it wasn't that deep, so I was alright.
Kaoru: That's good.
(Silence for 10 seconds)
Kaoru: How about we eat now?
Tim and Misao: Alright!!
????: Hold it right there!!
Tim, Kaoru, and Misao: Huh?!
(3 men suddenly came over the outer wall of the front doors)
Misao: Wh.......who are you?!
????: I am Toma Sakaki, leader of the Jinpuu Squad!!
Tim: The Jinpuu Squad?!
Kaoru: You're the guys from before!!
(In the show, the Jinpuu Squad were a group of swordsmen, who's goals were to get rid of men they thought were corrupt. This nicknamed them "Vigilantes of Justice." The leader, Toma, who is about years old, in the end, had a battle with Kenshin and was beaten. He decided to atone for his sins he committed, then was arrested. But now, he is back!!)
Tim: What do you guy's want?!
Toma: We've been hearing rumors of someone who lives here that has incredible swordsmanship skills, and it seems YOU are it!!
Tim: I'm a celebrity, huh?
Toma: Seems like it.
Tim: Is there a reason why you want to kill me?
Toma: We think you will become a threat to us in the future, so we think we should eliminate you right away!
Tim: I won't go down that easily!!
Toma: We'll just have to see, (charge, then unsheathes sword) huh?!
Tim: Misao, Kaoru, get out of the way!!
(They suddenly move)
Toma: Here I come!!
(Tim unsheathes his sword)
Tim: Hhmph!!!
(CLING!!!!!)
(They talk while they press their swords together)
Toma: You think you will win?!
Tim: If I......was able to beat Makoto Shishio, then......I can probably beat you!!
Toma: You're so full of it!!
Tim: The same goes for you!!
Toma: Heh!! (pushes against Tim and forces him back)
Tim: Uhhh......boy, you're persistent!!
Toma: I will do ANYTHING to win, even if I have to kill!!
Tim: That's a really sucky life!!
Toma: It's not something that you would understand!!!
Tim: Oh, I understand it completely......because I've done it before.
(Flashbacks of using Sword of Justice on Gohei, stabbing Shishio in the chest, and slashing Raijuta in the chest)
Tim: I didn't like it one bit, but I knew I was doing good deeds, that I did!!
Kaoru: That I did? He's......talking just like Kenshin.
Tim: I plan on repenting for my sins when all of this is over, and I will do that by living a happy life with my family......with my wife!!!
Misao: Tim......
Tim: ............
Toma: Touching story. Really, it was. But, I still have to fight you!!
Tim: If that what must be done.......so be it!
(They get in fighting poses and are about to attack)
Tim: You can have the first move!!
Toma: Gladly!!
(Suddenly......)
Kenshin: (distant voice) Do you think this is too much?
Yahiko: You think so?
Toma: Damn!! I guess we'll have to put our deal off for another time! Move out!!
Men: Right!!!
(They suddenly jump to the left on the roof before Kenshin and the others come)
(The front doors open)
Kenshin: Hey, it's Tim!!
Yahiko: Alright!!
Sano: Welcome back, Tim!!
Tim: Thanks everyone!!
Misao: Psst, hey Tim?!
Tim: Huh? What? (goes over to Misao and Kaoru)
Misao: (whispering) Let's not tell them what happened just yet, alright?
Tim: (whispering) Yeah, good idea.
Kaoru: (whispering) I don't think they'd have to get involved.
Kenshin: Hey, you guys, what are you whispering about over there?!
Tim, Misao, and Kaoru: None of your business!!!

(The dojo the next day)
Tim: (just waking up) Yaawwwnnnn........Boy, I needed that!! (he get's up) Well, I'll see what everyone else is doing. (he grabs his sword then goes out the door) Hi, Misao.
Misao: Hey Tim, did you sleep well?
Tim: Yeah. (sits down next to her) I needed it!
Misao: I know what you mean. You've been fighting quite a bit.
Tim: To tell you the truth, I'm still not used to it.
Misao: (smiles) Don't worry, you will.
Tim: (smiles) By the way, where is everyone?
Misao: They went to the Akabeko and went to talk with Tsunan. I stayed behind because you were sleeping.
Tim: You didn't have to do that.
Misao: Don't worry, I chose too.
Tim: Heh!! Sometimes, I can't understand you!
Misao: The same goes for me trying to understand YOU!!
(Both laugh)
????: Hey!!
Misao: Huh?!
Tim: (suddenly get's up) Who's there?!
(Suddenly, someone falls from the roof, scaring both Tim and Misao)
Tim: You!!
(Tim quickly unsheathes his sword and swings it at him, but Toma jumps back in time)
Tim: What the hell do you want now?!
Toma: I just came by......to give you a warning.

(Early that afternoon, they are sitting in the same spot after finishing an early lunch)

Misao: What's wrong? Are you worried about what Toma said?

Misao: What'll we do if it happens?
Tim: Then Miss Kaoru would cry her heart out. This dojo means everything to her and if it's destroyed, then we would have nowhere to live.
Misao: It would be so sad if it did happen.
Tim: And the thing is only me, you, and Kaoru know all that's happening. I think the time has come to involve the others.
Misao: I think so too.
Tim: Uhhh.......(suddenly get's up)
Misao: What is it?
Tim: ...........Let's go!!
Misao: What?
Tim: We gotta go......now!!! (grabs Misao's hand)

(They run out the doors, then we are seen someone standing on the roof.......smiling)

(She closes the door)

(1 mile from the dojo, Tim and Misao are waiting for the others and watching a cloud of smoke rise, which is from the dojo)

(The others catch up)
Kaoru: Tim, why did you run off, and what's that smoke?!

(Suddenly.......Toma comes up behind Misao)

(Tim jumps in the way of Toma's attack and is slashed across the chest. He falls to the ground.)

Toma: Hello Mr. Himura. It's been a while, hasn't it?
Kenshin: What the hell are you doing?!
Tim: Uurghh.......he's......started to kill......again!!

Tim: He's started up......the Jinpuu Squad......again!!
Kenshin: But Toma, I thought you decided to atone for your sins!!
Toma: I found that I was wasting my time, so I decided to return to killing.
Kenshin: But why?!
Toma: .......I don't think we have to talk any further. I've done what I wanted to do, so I'm out of here. Also, for the little battousai, I will be waiting for you in the forest outside of town. Farewell!!
Kenshin: Toma, wait!!

(Kenshin catches up)
Kenshin: Tim......are you alright?
Tim: Yeah, I'm fine.
Kenshin: What could've made you turn into the battousai?
Tim: Well, a lot of reasons. Toma was about to kill Misao and the dojo has been destroyed. Why else?
Kenshin: I see. You must care about us a lot, that you do.
Tim: I do.
Kenshin: (smiles) I'm glad.
Tim: (smiles too) Thanks!!
Kenshin: Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Here, use this sword.
(Kenshin hands Tim his reverse-blade sword)
Tim: Why are you giving me this?
Kenshin: Toma doesn't deserve to die. He's just a man being possessed by power.
Tim: .........Right!! (Tim takes it)
Kenshin: So, is Misao going with you?
Tim: ............Yes. She will be by my side, like she always has.
(Misao smiles)
Kenshin: Well then, good luck!!
Tim: Right!! (starts leaving until.....)
Kenshin: Wait Tim, I forgot to ask you something!!
Tim: What?
Kenshin: Do you remember the sword technique he used when you watched us?
Tim: Technique.......Oh yeah, I remember!
Kenshin: Then, be careful!
Tim: Right!!
Kenshin: And also, how's the wound on your chest?
Tim: The pain seems to have gone away, so I'll be fine.

Chapter 8: Toma vs. Tim
(Outskirts of Tokyo, Tim and Misao are heading for the forest where Toma said he would be waiting)
Tim: Misao.....?
Misao: Yes, Tim?
Tim: I'm hoping you can do everything in your power to stop me from becoming the battousai again.
Misao: I will.........I promise.
Tim: (smiles) Toma might not look strong, but he is, ever since fighting Kenshin. But the thing I don't get is all the enemies I've faced so far are one's Kenshin's fought in the past. It's like......I'm a reincarnation of Kenshin. Weird, isn't it?
Misao: Come to think of it, it is weird.
Tim: Well, except one I faced in Kyoto. The one called Bonzo.
Misao: Who's he?
Tim: Bonzo is a master at balloon monsters and he was also dressed up like a clown almost. (Flashback of fight while talking) He used a minotaur-like monster called Lenny who almost smashed me into the ground. He used attacks like Knuckle Bomb which when he punched the ground, his hand blew up like a bomb, then reappeared.
Misao: And when was this?
Tim: It was when you were fighting that guy in front of the Oniwaban Group headquarters when it was on fire.
Misao: Oh, okay.
(1 mile of walking till they show up at the forest)
Tim: Toma should we waiting just through here. Be prepared for anything, okay?
Misao: Right!!
(They walk through till they come to a clearing, where Toma was waiting.)
Tim: Toma!!
Toma: So, you came?
Tim: Toma, what do you hope to accomplish?
Toma: Nothing but the power of justice, and also, changing the world into what I want!
Tim: Which is?
Toma: A world run by a government that I will create!!
Tim: You're crazy!!
Toma: No, YOU ARE!!! You are wasting your time and life with enemies that aren't worth your time, when you don't know of "the enemy" awaiting you!!
Tim: The......enemy?
Toma: You will find out soon enough what I mean......if you beat me.
Tim: .............
Toma: Shall we start?
Tim: If you wish. (to Misao) Step back, okay?
Misao: Alright.
Tim: Remember what you said, okay?
Misao: Right!!
(Tim heads out more in the clearing, staring straight ahead at Toma)

Tim: ............
Toma: Let's begin!!! (charges then unsheathes sword)
Tim: (standing in place) Hhmphh!!! (then he unsheathes his sword just when Toma is bringing his down, then they press against each other with their swords)
Toma: Not bad!!
Tim: ...........
Toma: But.....!!!!
Tim: Huh?!
(Toma suddenly kicks Tim in the stomach and sends him flying)
Misao: TIM!!!!!
(Tim lands hard on the ground)
Toma: Why didn't you avoid my kick, huh?! You're not capable of it?!
Tim: Damn!!! (slowly get's up, trying to catch his breathe from the kick to the stomach) That was.......a rotten trick!!
Toma: Hey, all's fair in love and war. There's no lovem but this is war!!!
Tim: Uhhhh......
Toma: How about we try that again?!
Tim: ..............
(Toma charges, then swings his sword to the side. Tim jumps over it, then kicks Toma in the face and sends him flying too. Toma hits the ground hard then quickly get's up)
Toma: (wiping blood from his mouth) You......damn brat!!!
Tim: ........Hm hm hm!!!
Toma: This is getting old!!! Let's battle.........NOW!!!!! (charges)
Tim: Let's go!!! (charges also)
(CLING!!! CLANG!!! CLING!!! CLANG!!!)
(Toma does another side-slash and Tim jumps over it again. While in the air, he get's his sword ready to hit Toma in the shoulder to knock him out, but was a little too slow. Toma avoided it by quickly going behind Tim and getting ready for yet ANOTHER side-slash. The force of Tim's fall made it that he would duck it, then he quickly turned around and did an upper-cut and sent Toma flying)
Misao: Alright Tim!!!
Toma: This is irritating!!! You will pay for that!!!
Tim: ................
Toma: I think it's time to show you my ultimate sword technique!!
Misao: Oh no, Tim!!
Tim: Don't worry, Misao!! I know what to expect!!
Toma: Oh, do you?!
Tim: .................
Toma: I know you know what my technique is like,so, to avoid wasting it on someone like that, I've improved it!!
Tim: Oh........great!!
Misao: ...............
Toma: Here goes!!!

Chapter 9: Shiden Warning
Misao: Tim!!!
Tim: Don't worry Misao, I'll be alright!!
Toma: Oh, I don't think you will!!
Tim: What do you mean?!
Toma: I've improved my technique so that you wouldn't know what to expect!!
Tim: Ohh, that's clever!!
Toma: Ready?!
(It's sort of hard to describe how Toma does this, but I'll do my best. It's called the Shiden Blade. First, he stands up straight, then hold his sword back by bending his arms and holding it next to his head. He then charges for the enemy then swings it out at fast speed, piercing the enemy in the chest, but now that Toma has improved this technique, Tim won't know what will happen. Toma is now in his beginning stance.)
Toma: Be prepared!!!
Tim: .............
Misao: .............Tim.
Toma: Here I come!!! (charges)
Tim: (to himself) Okay Tim, you can do it!! (charges)
Toma: (himself) Just a little closer.......
Tim: (himself) Just a little closer........
Toma: ............
Tim: ..........
Misao: ............
Toma: Now!!!
Tim: What?! A sudden straight slash down?! I can't avoid that in time!!!
Toma: DIE!!!!!!!!!!

(As Tim is about to get slashed, he has flashbacks)
(Flashback of dream he had with his mom and dad)

Tim: (himself) Those times......won't go to waste!! I will.......overcome defeat!! I will......SURVIVE!!!!!
Toma: Yaaa!!!!!!!
Tim: Okay!!!!! (suddenly puts sword in front of him to block Toma's attack)
Toma: What?!
Tim: ............I won't be defeated........that easily!!
Toma: What's going on?! You sound different!!
Tim: Do I?!
Toma: Aaahhhh!!!!!! (he suddenly see's Tim's eyes and see's that he is a battousai) It can't be.......You're a battousai too!!
Tim: When I want too!!
Misao: No.....Tim, stop it!!!
Tim: (ignoring her) Toma, we will finish this......with me winning!!
Toma: Don't let that get to your head.....because I'm not done yet!!
Tim: Oh, I think you are!!
Toma: Alright, that's it!! (pushes down on Tim, then Tim jumps back and get's ready for his final attack)

Toma: Here I come!! (charges, points sword down then swings diagonally up, missing Tim by a few inches as Tim jumps back)
Tim: Is that it?!
Toma: Bastard!!! (straight slash down, misses)
Tim: (from behind Toma) This is irritating!!
Toma: I'll show you irritating!! (quickly turns around and does another slash down, misses again)
Tim: (far behind Toma) One more strike and you're out!!
Toma: (to himself) This is impossible!! His power has exceeded my own in such a short time!! How can that be?!
Tim: One more try, and if you miss, you're done for!!
Toma: Stop mocking me!! (charge) DDDIIEEEE!!!!!!!!

(Toma, once again, a straight slash down, but once Tim disappeared, he suddenly turns around to try to hit him when looking the other way, but Tim jumps over it, then jumps far ahead of him)
Tim: This trick is getting old!! (quickly disappears again, then appears in the air) IT ENDS HERE!!!!!
Toma: Aaahhhhh!!!!!!!
(Tim hits him in the shoulder knocking him to the ground, but doesn't knock him out, then he sheathes his sword and takes Toma's)
Tim: Now......you die!!! (raises sword high above him)
Toma: ..........No........please, spare me!!
Tim: .......Why should I, after ALL that you've done?!
Toma: Listen, I'm sorry......I won't hurt anyone else again, I promise!!
Tim: Liar!!!
Toma: Really, I won't!!
Tim: .............

Misao: Tim...........

Tim: I still don't believe you!!

(The sword Tim was holding goes flying into the air after Toma quickly got up and grabbed the reverse-blade and knocked it out of his hands)
Tim: Aahhh.....!!
Misao: .............
Toma: What the hell are you doing?!
Misao: Toma.........
Tim: ..............
Toma: How could you think of killing yourself?!
Tim: Why........did you do that?
Toma: I wouldn't want to see what would've happened to me.......happen to you.
Tim: Uuhhh......I remember.
(Tim has a flashback of what Toma almost did before. In the show, when Toma was beaten in battle by Kenshin and thought over all he's ever done, he was doing just what Tim was about to do till Toma's master stopped him from doing it.)
Tim: .............
Toma: Have you learned anything?!
Tim: ............
Misao: .............
Tim: ..........Misao.........
Misao: Tim........?
Tim: .........Misao, come here.
(Misao runs to Tim)
Misao: What do you want?
Tim: (suddenly looks at Misao with a sad look on his face) Why the hell didn't you stop me?!

Tim: I told you if I were going to turn into the battousai, you were going to stop me!!
Misao: But......I tried!
Tim: How hard?!
Misao: .............
Tim: How freaking hard did you try?!
Misao: But you would've killed me......

Tim: ........(crying) I'm a monster.........
Misao: (hugs him) No, you're not!! You are a boy like no other!! You're just the same like when I met you, someone who can stay in control, no matter what!!

Misao: I know.......You weren't in control outside, but inside....in your heart, you were you.
Tim: What are you trying to say?
Misao: It's just like Mr. Himura.....When he wasn't in control, he still had the "him" inside. That's the same with you.

Tim: .........Yes. I noticed that........when you stopped me from killing Toma.

Tim: You stopped me from doing one of the most horrible things in my life.......and I'm very grateful.

(They hug again)

Toma: You can atone for your sins by living out your life and saving people as Sir Himura has been doing for the past 11 years.
Tim: Yes, that's what I've been doing mostly, but I have killed.
(Flashbacks of killing Gohei, Shishio, and Raijuta)
Tim: But......those battles were the good of Japan.
Toma: Yes, they were.
Tim: ............
Misao: Think about it, Tim. There's still something that you don't know yet.
Tim: What's that?
Misao: That's something you'll have to find out for yourself.

Tim: Well, what are you going to do?
Toma: I'll just go home. I've learned my lesson after watching what you went through, and I'm sorry for everything.

Sano: Come on missy, it won't be hard unless we have a lot of people to help. Maybe we can start when Tim get's back.

Woman: Ahhh yes, they came in a while ago. They're in the tulip room just down that hallway on your left.

Kenshin: How was your battle with Toma, by the way?
Tim: There was no winner......but I'll tell you later.

(A flashback of Tim almost killing Toma plays as he tells everyone)
Tim: As the sword I took from Toma when it was laying on the ground was about to slice Toma, Misao suddenly yelled out stop and my battousai side was fading away. I was fighting with it till it was making me almost kill myself and Toma saved me from doing something terrible. I was grateful.
(End flashback)
Kenshin: Maybe he's FINALLY learned his lesson, that he has.
Tim: He sounded MUCH serious this time, so I don't expect anything else from him anymore.
(Everyone smiles)
(KNOCK KNOCK)
Kaoru: (answering the door) Oh, thank you! (she closes the door)
Kenshin: What is it, Miss Kaoru?
Kaoru: It seems to be a letter. (she opens it and starts reading it, then.....) Uhhh....
Kenshin: Miss Kaoru, what is it?!
Kaoru: Kenshin......you HAVE to read this!!! (hands Kenshin the letter)
Kenshin: "If you don't enter the upcoming tournament in downtown Tokyo next week, you will all be killed.......immediately!!!-Anonymous"

But first, I just wanted to say one thing that I want to add to this story.
1. The name of the path that Tim has used to go from Tokyo to Kyoto is called the Tokaido Trail.
Last time: After enjoying the peace after defeating the powerful Shishio, the time of revenge came. First, it was Raijuta, who was trying to create his kingdom again in Izu. It didn't take Tim long to take him down. Last was Toma, leader of the Jinpuu Squad. After burning down the dojo and then almost killing Misao, Tim swore to defeat him. Their battle wasn't much till the very end when Tim's battosuai side was taking over. He almost killed himself, but Toma stopped him from doing it. Afterwards, Tim and Misao went home, as did Toma, deciding THIS TIME not to kill ever again. While at the inn, a letter came. What it said was, "you better enter the upcoming tournament in in Tokyo or you will all die........immediately." Thus starts out, the Death Tournament Saga.
Act I: Death Tournament
Chapter 1: Preliminary Peril-Part 1
(1 week after obtaining the letter)
(For the past week, Tim, Misao, Kenshin, and Sano, have been training to the fullest for the upcoming tournament, pushing themselves to the limit, preparing for what was to come, till that time came.)
(The tournament)
Tim: Well, we're here.
Misao: I guess we are.
Sano: Hhmphh, time to kick some ass!!
Kenshin: Heh heh, it seems that Sano is ready to fight, that he is!
Kaoru: Remember guys, do your best and don't get killed!
Tim: We'll do our best, don't worry!
Kenshin: Well, we're off!!
Sano: See you missy!
(They start off till......)
Yahiko: Hey Tim?!
Tim: Yes, Yahiko?
Yahiko: Promise me you'll come back alive, because someday, I would like to fight you!
Tim: ..........(smiles) I promise!
Yahiko: (thumbs up) Then good luck!!
Tim: (does the same) Thanks!!
(The main room)
Announcer: Ok everyone, I'd like to welcome you to the 1st annual tournament titled basicly the Tokyo Tournament!! We have roughly 80 arrivals and I'd just like to say that this will be an enjoyable experience to you!! Ok, to start off things, I ask you to please go sign up and pick out a number so you can be placed on the boards!! Good luck to all of you!!
(Tim, Misao, Kenshin, and Sano are in line)
Tim: You guy's nervous?
Misao: Not me!!
Sano: Sort of!
Kenshin: I'm not!
Tim: Hmmmmm.......that's you alright!!
Kenshin: Yeah.
????: Hey Tim!!
Tim: Uhhh......can it be?!

Tim: Uhhh.......can it be?! (he turns around) Sojiro!!
Sojiro: Hi!!
Tim: What are you doing here?!
Sojiro: What else?! To fight!!
Tim: I guess you're right! So, what have you been doing?
Sojiro: Training mostly.
Tim: That's good, because when I fight you in the ring, I expect a good fight again this time!!
Sojiro: Let's hope!
(They shake hands)
Sojiro: See you later!
Tim: Bye!
Kenshin: You've become great friends, haven't you?
Tim: Yes, we have.
Man: Next!!
Tim: Oh, okay!
Man: Oh, Sir Ouellette. Welcome!!
Tim: Hello there!
Man: There's no need to ask for your name! You're widely known! Here, pick a number!
Tim: (picks a number) Thanks!! (walks away from the line) 26, huh?
????: Excuse me?
Tim: Huh? Oh, Saito.
Saito: So, you're joining the fight too, huh?
Tim: Yep! What about you? Are you going to fight or are you here on police business?
Saito: Both.
Tim: What sort of policework?
Saito: A criminal has entered the tournament so to hide from us.
Tim: Do you know who he/she looks like?
Saito: Nope.
Tim: Hmmmm......
Misao: Hey Tim?
Tim: Oh, Misao.
Misao: What's going on?
Tim: It appears that someone has entered the tournament and that person is wanted by the police.
Misao: They don't know who he/she looks like?
Tim: Not a clue.
Misao: ................
Tim: Anyhow, what number did you get?
Misao: 69.
Tim: Good, I don't have to fight you!
Misao: What does that mean?!
Tim: Oh, nothing!
Kenshin: Hey guys!!
Tim: What number did you get, Kenshin?
Kenshin: 34.
Tim: Sano?
Sano: ................
Tim: What?
Sano: ................80.
Kenshin, Tim, Misao, and Saito: .................HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!
Sano: Aaaarrgghhh.........shut up!!!

(After everyone signed up)
Announcer: Alright everyone, ready?! Let the preliminaries begin!!!
(BONG!!!!!)
Announcer: Can I please have #1 and #2 come up to the ring?
Tim: This'll take a while. I guess we'll watch.

Tim: Well, wish me luck!!
All: Good luck!!
(Tim jumps onto the ring)
Challenger: What?! You have to be kidding me!! My challenger is a kid?!
Tim: You better watch what you say buddy, or you'll regret it!!
Challenger: Whoa.......I'm SO scared!!
Tim: Hmm-hmm!!!
Referee: Ready........BEGIN!!!!!
Challenger: Heh!! All I have to do is touch him with my little finger and he'll go down!! Get ready, brat!!
Tim: No, I think YOU should get ready!!
Challenger: Uhhh......
Tim: AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
(Tim is suddenly on the other side of his challenger)
Challenger: Uuuhhh.......(collapses)
All: .............
Referee: That's.........a knockout!! #26 wins!!
Misao: Alright Tim!!
Kenshin: (smiles) You've improved!!
Tim: Yeah, (he jumps down off the ring) I have!!
(One thing I want to say is Tim found another reverse-blade sword luckily at a market in Tokyo and brought it with money taht everyone got together for him)
Sojiro: Hey Tim!!
Tim: Hey!!
Sojiro: That was amazing!! You have improved!!
Tim: Thanks, I can't wait to see you!!
Sojiro: Well, it'll still be awhile, but you'll be amazed!!
Tim: I'll bet!!
(And so, Kenshin and Saito fight and win, then it's Sojiro's turn)
Announcer: #59 and #60 please!!
Sojiro: That's me!
Tim: Good luck, Sojiro!!
Sojiro: I probably wouldn't need it, but thanks!
(He jumps onto the ring)
(On the other side, his challenger is wearing a black cape, his face shrouded in darkness)
Tim: Boy, that guy was prepared to scare!
Sano: But it won't work on Sojiro!
Sojiro: Hello!!
Challenger: .............
Referee: Ready.........BEGIN!!!!!
(Both fighters suddenly draw swords and charge at each other. When they meet and cross swords in the middle, an explosion of energy is made. They then stay in those positions, trying to push each other back)
Sojiro: (himself) Man, he's strong!!
Challenger: .................
Sojiro: ........Uhhh......(he suddenly get's a good look at his face) You..........!!!!!
Challenger: Heh heh heh!!!
(Challenger suddenly pushes Sojiro back then slashes him hard across the chest)
Kenshin: ...........!!!!!!
Sano: ...........!!!!!!
Saito: ............!!!!!
Misao: ..............!!!!!!
Tim: SOJIRO!!!!!!!
