As for his crap movies, and him being overrated? What about X-Men 1 and 2? The general consensus is that they were fun, enjoyable, and well scripted movies.
And I'm not going to even start a discussion about something as trivial as his nose ...

Anyway if we were to critize every single physical characterisitc of each actor who has played James Bond I'm almost sure you will find worse than a quote 'big nose'. I don't think someone's nose is good enough reason for that actor not to play James Bond. I personally was never once bothered by his nose in any of his previous films.

-He does not have deep set eyes
-He does not have blue eyes with a twinkle (Fleming description)
-He does not have a straight nose ( instead he has a LONG POINTY NOSE with a DROOPING NASAL TIP) that can poke the enemy's (or Bond girl) eyes out, or from the side, it looks like a clown or pinnochio)
-He does not have good cheekbone(in fact he does not have cheekbone on the left side of his face)
-I prefer someone who is natural ultra cool, coldness (sort of like Bale)(when HJ tries to be cool, he is dull--Van helsing anyone?)
-He speaks with one side of the mouth (have you ever seen Bond
speaks with one side of his mouth, man it sucks! Bond must have some lip muscle malfunction!)
-I prefer someone who is more aristocratic looking
-He has relatively small head compared to his body. It makes him
resembles a lizard, sometimes.
-He is not British. Have all British actors died? Many British actors are
more talented and good looking feature-wise than Jackman, why should
they be discriminated against the overrated Jackman?
-All his non x men films flopped big time and were *shudder* TRASH
-Jackman winning Tony only mean he cannot distinguish between acting and mugging.(A not-so-direct comparison will be Halle Berry winning Oscar means nothing, she still sucks in Catwoman and everything)
-He overdid everything and underdid one thing(Van Hellsing)

Hugh Jackman is receiving a hammering by the mother of his adopted child -- because he's allegedly failing to update her with her son's progress.
The "X-Men" star and his actress wife Deborra-Lee Furness adopted baby Oscar in 2000, promising his birth mother Amber Sanders they'd keep her up-to-date with her boy's life.
But Sanders claims she hasn't received a photo from the Aussie couple for three years and has no way of getting in touch with the actor.
Angry Sanders says, "Now the only time I see pictures of my son is when he's photographed with Hugh in magazines."
The disappointed mum said, "Hugh and Deborra promised me that, if I let them adopt my baby, they'd keep in regular touch on his progress.
"When Oscar was one, they sent a beautiful set of photos. Since then, they haven't sent one single photo."

They are from SF Gate, E! Ent, FHM, USAToday etc.(some are quite reputable so to say) and I have every rights to believe them.

I think what Ahnold meant was you should post some links to these articles where it says all of the things you have claimed.
I have already proved you wrong on several with links to the articles that prove you wrong and still nothing from you.
I don't understand a beep of what you are talking about? How have you proven me wrong?! By quoting some quotes from Jackkman himself being not gay or porn?! How can oneself be his own witness? All the stories I posted here are from various big media, some of them dated several months. Internet news usually appears for one week or so they got removed for new stories so how can I possibily provide all the links? But should you have any doubt I post bogus stories, call the various media to confirm the stories.

1} I think its time you realised that you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet, possibly the most dodgy medium of information in the world. Do you have any idea how many of these so called "revelations" about actors have turned out to be false? In fact, the "so and so is gay" rumour is particularly popular within the media, and thus should be treated with the most skepticism.
But I'll humour you anyway. Please - feel free to post the links to the "reputable" articles in question {note use of sarcastic quote marks}. I'm sure if you search the website archives you'll find them without too much trouble ...
2} I feel the need to remind you that this thread is meant to be about Hugh's suitability for the role of James Bond in terms of his acting, his charisma, his age etc. The fact that he's supposedly a bad father, or that he used to be a porn star {yeah right} has nothing to do with anything, quite frankly.
3} Why do you care so much about this man anyway? That's one question you've yet to address in your posts ...

Once again Dber, you have completely missed the point of this thread. Will you PLEASE stop going on about his damn nose!!! If you want to properly contribute to this thread, then I suggest you discuss qualities such as, oh I don't know - his acting, perhaps? These seem to me to be a tad more important than his nose in deciding whether he is fit for the role of JB.
Of course I'm not "ordering" you to do anything. But I gotta say that you ARE rapidly losing credibility with your refusal to post more sensible comments, or links to any of the damning articles you've mentioned!
But most of all - I highly recommend that you just chill, man! Once again, you've failed to give us one good, solid reason why you hate the man so much! I'm not saying that I'm a huge fan of his {I'll admit that I didn't like Van Helsing that much} - but at least I'm trying to be reasonable!
