Dber - There's something that baffles about what you've said. In an earlier post, you yourself admitted that you liked X-Men 1 and 2 mainly because of what the "gay aussie" director {what does THAT description have to do with anything?!} Bryan Singer had done with the films. In that case, you have a successful film, and say the director is responsible for its success. On the other hand, Van Helsing was a relative failure, and do you blame Stephen Sommers? Oh no - you blame Hugh Jackman! A little inconsistant, n'est-ce pas?

NO! As for the his acting ability, I have yet to see something that really impress me, his acting was too exaggerated for my liking (everything)or he failed to loosen up when needed (Van Helsing). I must tell you there are many many good actors in the world, and what makes HJ better than them?! NO! HJ was consistently overrated yet studio and innocent ppl paid the price. Maramix experienced a credit crunch after flop Kate and Leopoldand had to cut 15% of employees, mostly low to middle level staff, while HJ laughed all the way to bank and the poor laid off ppl. Universal is yet to recoup the cost of Van Helsing, and the planned TV series and ambitious revigoration of Universal age-old fanchise Dracula now gone nowhere.Have you watched Steve Irwin in Animal Planet? Everytime I watch he reminds me of HJ, both mug in front of the camera, both hail from Aus (is that a trait?). I am not exactly a fan of mugging. (though some middle age queen maybe a fan).
Look does contribute to the suitability of JB roll. Look is important to JB roll and nose made up a big part of a man's face so nose is important. Bond should have very distinguished look and cold persona, not someone with a wolf features. This is so un Bondish.
Oh, and for the love of God man, PLEASE stop re-posting the same posts! We got you the first time round!

Didn't you hear a word I said? Even if a lot of his films flop flopped, so what? That doesn't mean it's always Jackman's fault!!! Good actors can't save bad scripts, Dber!!! Look at films like "LXG" and "K-19"; Sean Connery and Harrison Ford are, arguably, two of the greatest actors alive and yet both films flopped horrendously! Is that a reflection of the actors, or of the script?
Dber - let's just drop this topic, eh?

Cause he is a blockbuster whore, get a grip! Maybe he can get an award for shortest period of time in most flops.
BTW, good actors dont mug, get a grip! Harrison Ford being the greatest actor reflect what taste you have 😂 😈
For the last damn time: whether he is or is not a "blockbuster whore" has NOTHING to do with his ability to play JB!!! Get a grip yourself!!! I mean SHEESH - talk about blind hatred!!!
Oh and about Harrison Ford? I believe that you'll find that the general consensus is that he IS one of the greatest actors alive {though I'll admit his recent stuff hasn't been stellar}. What about Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Witness etc etc etc ???
