George W Bush

Bush did not leave Osama when we had him cornered. That's just what Kerry was spewing around...but of course you believe it...because he said it...I don't care...what you said about Osama, even if not serious about it, was still not something you say to someone...

"You really need to go back and reread kingcoot's posts before you throw unnecessary tantrums.

We were not disagreeing; he was posting rambling philosophical mumbo jumbo.

Very similar to your uneducated and misinformed mumbo jumbo.

Since you love talking about Osama so much, tell me how you fell about W's decision to stop pursuing Osama when we had in corned Tora Bora?

Bush let Osama go, he took our finest troops off of Osama's trail and stuck them in Iraq and then left the task of pursuing Osama to the Afghan warlords.

Disgusting. Unforgivable!"

Yes, Kerry just made it up, pulled it out of thin air.

I must just be a really strange crazy coincidence that it happens to be a fact too.

Bush started an unnecessary war in Iraq when the war against Al Queda was not complete. That's wrong enough for me. Even if Osama wasn't cornered when he did it. Although I really doubt Bush would hesitate to get Osama if he had the chance. Had Bush captured Osama this election would be a landslide.

A landslide?

He's made so many horrible mistakes here at home and deplorable wrong choices abroad, not to mention his human rights violations, neo-conservative religious convictions and outrageous apathy towards realistic homeland security.

If he captured Osama and cured cancer he couldn't win by a landslide.

I'm absolutely dumbfounded that he's doing as well as he is in the polls.

GEORGIE BOY WILL WIN TUESDAY!!

i can feel it-- and if I am wrong you can all kick me

I'll be crying if he doesnt win 🙁 😮

Yeah, coz we all know how much of a plus it is having an illiterate, raving maniac in office.

I'm no fan of Kerry, it is the lesser of two evils.

Afghanistan and Al Qaida attack US so he bombs Iraq. Maybe he read the map wrong, wouldn't surprise me.

I understand that Bush has left such a mess it would take Kerry years to clean it up. The economy is no where near improving and a recession is expected in the next 4 years.

I think it would be fun to let Bush clean up his own mess in Iraq.

But given the situation on the supreme court it is pivotal that he not be reelected.

They're predicting that the next president will appoint 3 or 4 supreme court justices.

If Bush wins he will 100% guaranteed appoint religious right-winged wackos. You can kiss womens, minority and gay rights good bye! He'll set this country back 100 years.

We cannot allow this to happen to our country as we enter the 21st century.

Thankfully things are looking good for Kerry: http://slate.com/id/2108751/

Just one more day left! 🙂

so....you accuse all kerry supporters of believing everything he says...that makes us idiots.

you believe everything bush says...that make you a genius.

very interesting read on the failed capture of bin laden.

and on the topic of bush having told the truth about "military operations" being over...what of the impending u.s. attack on insurgent dominated fallujah?

so that little technicallity is now swatted isnt it? many other provinces of iraq are also dominated by enemies of the u.s. and will have to be dealt with in MILITARY OPERATIONS.

bush declared operations over when in fact they were not.
he misled the people and our troops by declaring this as fact.
he jumped to a conclusion without hesitating to think of its validity...
and...who was it that said...

"And a political candidate who jumps to conclusions without knowing the facts is not the person you want as the Commander-in-Chief."

indeed dubya...indeed

"Admiral Kelly, Captain Card, officers and sailors of the USS Abraham Lincoln, my fellow Americans, major combat operations in Iraq have ended. In the battle of Iraq, the United States and our allies have prevailed."

WRONG, and WRONG

"And tonight, I have a special word for Secretary Rumsfeld, for General Franks and for all the men and women who wear the uniform of the United States: America is grateful for a job well done."

NOT just those on the uss lincoln...ALL MEN AND WOMEN WHO WEAR THE UNIFORM... "job well done" thats not misleading in the least?

"We have difficult work to do in Iraq. We're bringing order to parts of that country that remain dangerous."
funny how in the same speach he hints that military operations are NOT over...
he fails to mention that those sections are dominated by insurgents and we must invade them.

we were mislead...deal with it

(sorry for the series of posts)

Philosophical rants are what politicians do, but they insert technical lies while I don't.

Human existence will suffer when truth is ignored by either side.

kingkoot, i respect that you see both ends of the spectrum,
but you are wrong in calling it a phylosophical rant. its just flat out
misleading. think of the relief all soldier's parents had on that day.
think of what that false sense of relief has turned into.

america was lied to, flat out.
bush claimed to be able to predict the war right from its conception.
that alone is an unforgivable lie.

As a British citizen, I know my country's PM basically has the job of being the best friend to the US President. What we need is a President who instead of making Tony Blair his *****, is gonna listen to him. Although he sucks, it's better than using influence. Which is why I pray Kerry is put into office.

"I think it would be fun to let Bush clean up his own mess in Iraq."

Fun isn't what we need right now, with all due respect.

My First and Last post.

Why are we discussing this plauge on society?

Exactly Tony Blair is staying silent on the matter of whom he wants to see next in the White House, its his fail safe for whoever DOES get that position, quite clever if you ask me.

Yeah I was exaggerating... My point was it would do a lot of good for him.

Also, I totally agree that Bush should have never acted like the war was over. When he went on that boat with the mission accomplished sign... that was utter bullshit. It seems like Bush rushed the start of the war and then tried to rush the end of it too.

i especially feel sorry for our soldiers' loved ones who's hopes of
seeing them again soon were hoisted up and then dropped.

I'm not even from the states but I think I speak for the majority of the planet when I say that I hope facist Bush loses this election.
