Being a flip flop means more then changing your mind many times... it means you are indesisive. it means you are a poor leader because you are never sure with what side to go with when it really matters.... IT means that you are swayed by public opinion and therefore the uninformed because in the end the President has the Generals and the Intellegence agents in front of him and all the info at hand... not the public... thats why we elect officials to govern.

Jon Stewart is not a "promoter and speaker for the Democratic party" by any definition . If you don't know your facts, and would prefer to revel in your own ignorance, then all power to you. However, if you're going to pretend like you know something, then at least try think before you make assumptions.
Jon Stewart dislikes both political parties. He is annoyed by Republicans and Democrats on a personal level, and the only reason he takes any sort of side in the matter, is because he prefers the stated ideals of the dems over the reps. He hates political partisanship and he especially dislikes "talking points," which both parties live by (and if I need to explain the concept of "talking points" to you, then you aren't even worth my time). He considers the dems the lesser of two evils, but makes fun of them just as much as the Republicans. Even though the Daily Show tries to keep its attention, you can't expect the content of the show to be more about the flaws and foibles of the democratic party, when the Republicans have the presidency, both houses of congress, and the supreme court. They just have a lot more exposure and influence, and therefore there is much more material to craft humor with.
I'm dissapointed in you. You judged Jon Stewart so poorly that I believe you just killed your own soul. You also neglected the fact that Jon Stewart is not in charge of writing and producing all of the material in the show. He is the host, but then again "those nasty liberals are always conspiring to get you."
In fact, the only reason I can see for your reaction to the Daily show is the likelihood that you are indeed a member of NAMBLA. I saw him on MSNBC at a fundraiser and they interviewed him afterwards. 😑 i don't have hard evidence because i never really looked into the prospect...because truthfully i could care less. 😬 do you have evidence he hasn't been to any?
