Oh come on people, it's a load of crap. Just like every other bullshit religion. You need to open your eyes and realise a book isn't the words of god. As far as I'm concerned, their is no god. I mean lets look at the bible,
Chapter 1:
On the sixth day, god created Adam and Eve together to look after the animals.
Chapter 2:
Adam was created first so God gave him a friend but changed this friend to be designed to create more humans.
THAT'S ALREADY TWO DIFFERENT STORIES! AND ANOTHER THING,
It is said that Jesus was crucified at 33AD but came back to life. But no-one has EVER said what happened next. They end the story with, "He came back to life proving their was heaven." If their was a heaven why would he come back to life? What did he do next? It makes no sense! The people for and against the bible if you look at it are poor morons against scientists. Which says it all.

You are right about a lot of things but you are missing a very important point. If the bible is looked at as a history book, then I have to agree. However, the bible is a book that has shaped history. Why was the bible so important for so many years? I know you will say that it was all brainwashing, and that is true to a point, but things that don’t have true value don’t last.
I think that, if you brake the bible apart and look at the text from a scientific view instead of an emotional view, you will find some interesting information about the human condition.
Now admit it, you have never read the bible. I am a Buddhist and I have read it, and although I don’t believe in the mythology of the bible, I do see it’s value.

There are as many types of Buddhist as there are Christians. In my religion, we only have one sin; we do not slander. Sex is an important part of life.
