Hohoho, I'm not going to pick that line up and run with it! 😈 Even though I could. For real though, he's really cool, I love him. The only problem is I'm spoiled by today's figures with tons of articulation and back in the day, we didn't get that. So he's kinda less poseable than I'm used to.
Yes, I finally did just get finished reading Rabbit's fanfics and I'm really impressed with them.
No problem, Blaque, trust me there are still people over there today creating threads about how Eminem should be Carnage; I was never upset with you about it. I think lots of times it's hard to tell how people mean posts, and perhaps replies meant in a spirit of "I can't believe you just said that, LOL!" end up perceived as "HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT!" Which is not at all the case.
I hear ya about the posting-while-drunk thing, though. Every single time I do it, I regret it later.
She knows- I told her how I enjoyed her "Remanded to Ravencroft" post. It bears repeating, Nemo, post, post, post it here.
Carnage:Thanksgiving is NOT dead in the water. I've been...ah, distracted, by a little he-vixen kit fox Brat, but I'll work on that scene today and tomorrow- promise.
Still waiting to see Pattycake get Brocked!
.... Hey, who DOESN'T hate the Man-Spider duo... ?! 😈
By request: the Internet Wilding post, originally in honor of the Undynamic Duo getting thrown head-over-heels *off* the Hype:

WILDING INCIDENT OCCURS ON INTERNET SITE DEVOTED TO SUPERHEROS
AP - Today on a popular internet website devoted to discussion of comics and super-hero themes, the news that two of the site's longest-running trolls had been remanded into the custody of Ravencroft officials pending review of their cases sent most of the "Hype"s regulars into a veritable orgy of congratulatory violence.
Fires were lit, bottles broken, cars toppled over onto their hoods and graffiti blossomed on the Hype's walls like so many poisonous flowers of destruction as the detractors of "Mr. Parker" and "Bakerboy" went nearly delirious with joy. "THEY'RE GONE! GONE AT LAST!" screamed one geek, running by in virtual reality with a crushed lampshade on his head.
"WAAAAA-HOOOOOOO!" shouted another, waving a Molotov Cocktail in each hand. "LET'S GO BOMB COMMUNITY!"
"Does this mean the Secret Wars are finally over?" wondered one inebriated-looking individual standing on the trunk of a burning car. "Do we have to unmask now?" Shrieks and laughter dominated the darkened halls of the Hype as celebrants ran about like crazed animals.
Questions remain as to exactly what therapy the two will undergo at Ravencroft. Many speculate that the undynamic duo will be used as fodder [or just practice-material] for reknowned supervillain Carnage, long known to be one of Ravencroft's most intractable residents, who is also known to be a finicky eater. "We're not at liberty to release these details right now," said Dr. Ashley Kafka during a telephone interview. "The public can remain confident that we at Ravencroft will devote all our energies to easing the pain of these two tormented individuals. Arkham Asylum is petitioning us for custody as well and we will take their request into consideration. Separating them might be our best strategy. Together, their power to annoy and harass is simply too great for the Public Good."
Carnage was unfortunately unavailable for comment.
Meanwhile celebration continues well into the night. Tomorrow the cyber-citizens of the Hype will sober up, sweep up the broken glass and restore order, but until then police have decided it is less dangerous to let the various geeks and freaks celebrate this ground-breaking event in their own style, only stepping in to break up fights between supporters of organic and non-organic webbing, which threatened to turn deadly.
"This is the BEST NEWS since we heard CINO tanked!" shouted one celebrant. "We'll never have to hear about Michelle Pfeiffer again!"

I probably will not be seriously working on any fic until around Dec. 10, which is when [I think] finals will FINALLY BE OVER! Looking forward to it.... I don't think I have ever earned a break like I earned this one, I'm looking forward to being able to devote a lot of attention to several projects. It seems like I study almost every waking moment... all we do is study for exams all semester and then when we get to class, the instructors are all "I know you people are not reading your 100 pages a night! [in the textbook] You're supposed to be reading them, why are you defying us and not reading them?!!! Okay, pop-quiz...!" Yeah right: I'll read 100 pages a night in 4 different textbooks when someone grafts extra hours onto the day. It's insane.
“Anax Junius Admiration”How I admire the facets and intricacies
Of your turquoise fusion of crystal and flesh!
Dazzling as resplendent stones of garnet,
Shattered reflections dancing upon the interior of your eyes.
Jewels that pulse with life, do you know the care
With which your Creator carved you?How I admire the segmented shaft
Of your subtle melding of emerald and sapphire!
Lustrous, gleaming in the brilliant rays of the sun,
Your body quivers with vitality.
The slender frailty of your legs cannot
But add to the essence of your elegance. How I admire the delicate gossamer
Of your translucent tissue!
Clear and insubstantial, not even the finest silk
Is fit to replace a fragment of your wings.
Humming, murmuring as you weave amongst the reeds—
It is the symphony of creation that floats on the winds.Oh, Anax junius, how I admire you!
Though oft I have seen you, a fleeting glimpse cannot satisfy.
Oh, Anax junius, the wonder of the common dragonfly!
Better? Tell me how to make it so if it is not!
