He has not fallen to the dark side just yet. He is Palpatines bodyguard, not a Sith. Palpatine sends him to kill the remaining seperatist leaders, just like he sent Obi-Wan and Anakin to protect Amidala in AOTC

Well, Anakin started to fall the moment he left his mother on Tatooine. I'm not saying he isn't dark, basically that he just isn't a Sith yet. Plus, I'm not sure how much of this particular rumor I believe. I heard it when it came out, but I haven't heard much since then. I HOPE IT'S TRUE.
