But some advise for you maybe. Just get up one day really early, no matter if you like it or had any sleep yet. Get yourself tired that day, eat well and go to bed a few hours later with a good book. Good chance you'll doze off soon. Don't stay in to long the next day ofcourse.
😬 I do get up early, eat well every day, and i read every night...and I'm usually pretty active during the day...I seriously think I have insomnia
