Drink some warm milk, it actually helps. Maybe evern put a teaspoon of honey in it. Can work wonders.

I actually am an insomniac, I haven't slept for... 4 years the medication F***ed me up 😘 but man let me tell you I would rather be insomniac rather than narcaleptic.
