Anyways, as many abilities as Superman has, Green Lantern has more. No self respecting GL should ever lose to him, if they ever used their brains to do more than create pretty green lights.

Not necessarily. No matter my personal preference in which Green Lantern I like best, the abilities of any said Green Lantern should beat Superman's powerset. Intelligence/Imagination is key.

hal has shown some pretty serious matter manip skills (one of the reasons i think GL>quasar, btw) and using that skill, hal SHOULD be able to win more often than not. assuming this is a po'd or fighting tio the max superman, his constructs wouldn't do much though. he'd need to be creative to win.

Tons of guys Superman fights have this 'theoretical' aspect about them, from high end magic users, reality manipulators, and energy manipulators, etc.
Id bet if U pulled out all the scans Supes *prolly does* win, but its likely not by a wide margin at all (not saying U were claiming that mind ya.....)

I really dont see how that should be applicable though. Supes winning against most of these guys in comics when they have clear advantages over him can be atributed to plot and should hardly have a place on a forum. It similar to the hulk soloing numerous superpowered teams even though he is a one dimensional brick.......In a forum fight hed get wrecked if put in the same situation
