Well it doesn't get much tougher than fighting Classic Juggs (on more than one occasion) and the Hulk. (DEADPOOL SMASH!)
Deadpool has killed plenty of people. He's more of the anti-hero now though and doesn't kill as much as he used to.
One time Deadpool had to face all the thousands of people he killed before. He said something funny and started killing them all again.
Deadpool also broke Lobo out of prison and stole his bike/hawg. ( I think that's how it went anyway.)
Yeah Lobo had a mask on and was being held prisoner by "The Code" (Comics Code Authority lol)
Of course, since it was a Deadpool comic they never actually said Lobo's name. It was just "Dirty Wolff" and he keep saying "fraggin this and fraggin that" . When DP freed Lobo he started killing everything pretty quickly so DP had to find a way to get out of there haha.
DP ended up getting stuck in space and his suit was running out of Oxygen. The Starjammers showed up to give him a ride but he told them to take a hike because he didn't want to get caught up in any of their adventures haha. It was hilarious. If I had a scanner i'd post pics.
Of course it's not the real DC Lobo, but you know who it was supposed to be.
DP has a more cosmic adventures than people realize.
The guys name was Dirty Wolfe (or something along those lines) and he was basicly a second rate Lobo rip off.
Anyway Deadpool would decimated Slade in a fight. Why? Because his healing factor is many (and I do mean many) orders of magnatude better then Deathstrokes. Physicaly the two are basicly equal with Slade having the edge in strength and Wade a very slight in speed and agility (remember he has Spider-man level agility after all) but what about in fighting skill? To be honest Slade isn't even close to Deadpool in that reguard. This is the reason someone like Batman can at least hand with DS and make him work for a win, Slade really isn't that high in the h2h skill ladder. Sooner or later (my money is on sooner) Slade will end up impaled or blown up or one of any number of things DP can do to him and he just doesn't have the healing factor to keep going.

That single issue has more PIS and CIS then every other comic combined. It is the single most ridicules feat ever and the reason we have the SM vs FL rule.
