both are immortal. but that doesn't mean neither can't die
slade is faster, stronger, smarter, and has almost instantaneous reflexes (this is what D.C says).
slade will simply cut deadpools head (or other limbs) off.
Deadpool has only lesser fighting ability, equal stamina, equal agility, and similar healing ability. He has no chance
note: I say slade has better fighting ability because of his better reflexes, smarts, speed, strength, and ability to kick a man's a## that is a master of 127 forms of combat (batman).

Also, DP is definately just as quick as Deathstroke. This is a guy that can go toe to toe with Spider-Man, and Spider-Man can dodge people moving at sub-light speeds. This is an even fight, aside from the fact that DP's healing factor is a bit more amped. This guy can regenerate from sheer will, not a reflex like Spawn or Wolverine. He grew back his own heart by concentration. Also, he defeated Taskmaster by throwing him off, and TM held his own against the Avengers. Don't put DP on a lower level. He's one of the best.

What can Slade do better than deadpool? Strength, Smarts (this is the major factor), Speed (DP's speed is of human limit), Reflexes (he is always steps of ahead of anyone and D.C. says his reflexes are nearly instantaneous).

If you read from marvel's official site or their handbook. It says DP has no super powers other than healing ability. That means he can do everything else within human potential. Slade on the other hand is said to be super human in strength, speed, smarts, reflexes, etc.
i dont think even spiderman is as fast as slade yeah he can dodge bullets but he can also be hit by them he has to actually exhert himself alot more then slade to dodge a bullet im concluding since they say slade can walk between machine gun fire, can spiderman? Slade has precog too if spiderman and him fought it would be even i think spidey's precog would be cancelled by slades and i guess vice versa but then again spideys precog only lets you know somethings gonna happen like a tingle it doesnt let you actually see what exactly will happen in the future like slade i believe he can do this i might be wrong, with his mind he can even see the flash or know were he will go so he can hurt him can spidey move faster then the flast umm NO. Slade is the punisher on steroids spidey has a hard time iwth the punisher i think and slade is as strong as spidey i believe i might be wrong even if he isnt i think he's more durable is hitting spidey like hitting a brick wall? my point is slade would own deadpool. Deadpool doesnt have what it takes to take down slade his teleportation thing always messes up so i dont even know if it would work and even if it did that would only count as running away or slade could use his precog to perhaps know were he will appear and be ready.

You are aware that no one here is going to agree with the JLA argument. That whole situation screams PIS. Also, Slade isn't that quick. Also, you're going from a handbook that says Venom is a class 12. To be honest, give me a better argument than that, because when it comes down to the wire, Slade is a PIS machine.

Then there is that thing where he takes out Flash, not once, not twice but four times. Each time he comments that "He's fast, too" or "My reflexes make me faster than all of you, even kid Flash!"
What about chasing down Impulse on foot and catching him and reacting fast enough to k.o him.
And most of that was before his upgrade, which Cheshire said "I've made you many times more powerful than you were."
What about him dodging the bullet from a gun at point blank range after it left the chamber? He said "No, you're fast enough...you forger how fast my reflexes are." This was against Vigilante.
Honestly, I think Slade jobs more than Superman.

Physically Slade and Wade are... well... they aren't equal but they are pretty close. Slade is the stronger of the two while Wade is faster and more agile. A fight between the two of them would be good if it wasn't for the fact that compared to Wade, Slade's healing factor is extremely slow. If he gets shot or stabbed by Wade the fight is pretty much over as his healing factor doesn't work fast enough to compensated for that kind of damage during melee.
