Is it recent? whats the premise of it??

It was made in 01/02 I think? Has Kevin Kline in it....Hayden does an excellent job with his character.

it's a tear-jerking cancer patient/coming of age/family drama type scenario, from what i've heard....most people seem to agree that it's quite good (especially on the acting front)....haven't got round to it yet myself....

i saw it.
not my cup of tea, but thats the movie i saw
which sold me on hayden's acting ability.
proof positive that the writing and directing must
take the blame.
