It should be regular Superman vs regular Goku(with no transformations). I would give that one to Superman, but it would be a hell of a battle.

1.goku vs 1940's superman= goku very easy
2.goku supersayain vs post superman= goku will be the last standing only to fall and die
3.supersayain 2 vs energy superman= energy superman
4.supersayain 3 vs pre crisis superman= pre crisis hads down
5.supersayain 4 vs superman one million= one million will kill him

Goku is way more powerful and has a lot more potential. He grows with every battle.
He is just as fast if not faster than Supes. Strength wise they're matched
probably.
Goku has a lot more experience in fights, he's been fighting all of his life
and training as well.
SSj 2 Goku vs Supes would be a nice match up. If Goku goes beyond that Supes is wasted.

i still don't see what the problem is.... post ssj2 goku could easily destory galaxies at a time. For some reason, i doubt supes could stand up to a blast that would destory an entire galaxy.

Pre-Crisis Supes would own SSJ3. Frieza's Death Beam could've killed Goku, and that is some laser shot.

Frieza's death beam killed vegeta but wouldnt scratch a super saiyan jin. He tried a Huge death ball on 'adult' ssj trunks, remember? Didn't do anything to him.

Yeah I agree with you and don't forget that this beams are way more powerful then then Supes Heat vision, or can he destroy lets say the moon with it, even if he can, Goku at the and of DBZ could beat up 50 friezas with one hand on his back only using one finger and no beam attacks so whats the point of comparing that?

The eye laser has nothing to do with how powerful it is. It's like a laser, as in no matter who it is, its gonna go through them if it makes contact.

And there is no such thing as "god goku". People just made all kinda stupid shit up because Goku absorbs the dragonballs at the end of GT.

i agree. It is pretty dumb to compare him because he is so much more powerful. But, seeing as people obviously WANT to compare him (whoever made this thread), then i'm going to argue for him...

and about the lasers, no lasers dont just "go through" anything. Different lasers have different "power levels" in dbz, and likewise, in real life, differnet lasers are of different strengths. Take lasic eye surgery (sp?) for example. That laser cuts only certain areas of your eye, but is harmelss to most of your flesh, as well as other areas of your eye.
