What is all three? I like them all. But probably fried, first, and then the sauce applied. Usually, after frying them, and applying sauce, you let them sit in a heat lamp for 30 minutes (or the oven) and they taste the best.

Second preference is grilling them (BBQ, as some people would call it). I grill them on a gas grill. I have no idea what buffalo means in that question because that generally refers to the type of wing sauce you are applying rather than a cooking prep type.

Purchase? Probably the Taco Bell food I got on Tuesday when I was starving. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. It made me quite happy. I also purchased Destiny this week: I was not happy with that purchase. I am okay with it, now...but still not happy about it.
