i do mean art wise too, as i've never liked cassaday's cyclops... especially the costume... what i meant was though how he just listened to agent whatsername without argument... back in his jim lee (or even grant morrison) days, even jean wouldnt have stopped him going after an enemy, powers or no... he's supposed to be more badass now (thats supposed to be the perception at least), and yet he does what he's told... 🙁

I think he's only telling her that so she'll keep quite.
However it's unlike Emma or Scott to do anything rash without any strategical advantage. They'll have to devise something first. Should be something spectacular when you have Scotts strategic mind mixed in with Emmas deviousness. Having a trump card makes the situation all the more badass IMO.

they have one already imo... i don't think the warlord has even considered that colossus has teammates who can be as dangerous as he, and i seriously doubt he's expecting a direct attack anytime soon... and it is scott, he's not one to sit and think, he more often comes up with his tatical ideas on the fly...

Hmm, good point. He is with Emma though. She's more of a thinker and not the type to put herself in danger with no back up plan. There traits seem to compliment each other.

His face is odd. It could just be not being used to him not having a visor or glasses. Cassaday doesn't have that much to go on for drawing a full faced Cyclops, giving him recognizable features. All because he went batshit crazy, as a result of Emma going batshit crazy. Yes this post was all an elaborate ruse to get to use the term batshit crazy a few more times.

true, though i was kind of hoping that since he was all crazy now that he'd be listening to emma less and less unless it suited him... 😛

though even cyclops' hair just seems off to me... his face as well... he was always a big, strong looking guy, all athletic and so on... cassaday seems to have gone a tad too far in the 'letting himself go' part of it i think...

Finally got to read it. And finally an issue which should pin the final nail in the Jean/Scott coffin.

I think Colossus is a d!ck now. While the other X-men are getting blown up and freezing to death he's banging Kitty in a luxury suite!
