It's probably going to end up being like The Truman Show. That would be a hell of a game changer!! I hope not though.

Being that I said it, I actually "know" this, and now that I've put it out in the open, you know it, so do with it what you will if you want an answer.

So who dies in the finale? Any ideas? I hope it's no one big. 🙁

I have a feeling Charlie will kick the bucket, even though it's the last thing I want.

This is from TV guide about the finale tonight.

Spoiler:
In the two-hour season finale, Lost viewers will definitely get some answers, with the help of Jack's (Matthew Fox) flashback, a changed Locke and a long-awaited showdown that will determine a significant outcome for the future of the castaways.

Lets hope so. I miss Terry O'Quinn, he is a very good actor. He is way to central of a character, not to be in it. The season finale should rock. I hope next season NO MORE OTHERS. NO MORE BEING CAPTURED BY THEM.

Theres supposed to be 4 more deaths tonight. Im sure Charlie is one of them, maybe Ben is another.

Oh S**t! It wasnt a freaking flashback, they made it out! Finally Hurley did something kool and how the hell did Mikail keeps surviving?

Well that was ****ed up.

Spoiler:
not Charlie... i know it had to happen... but no

my big question is

Spoiler:
who is in the coffin??? I dont think it was Sawyer or Locke... maybe Ben??

maybe? hmm

Im sticking with Ben... for the moment

Did Jack told Kate he loved her like in the previews? If so, I mustve blinked and missed it.

i never watch the previews... they give to much away

Wow so those were flash forwards!

Oh yeah. I never thought about that. Before we find out what these so called "Flashbacks" really are, I was thinking it was Jack's father, but yeah, now that we really know, it could be anybody.

After finding out the big plot twist, I nearly cried. It was easier to deal with thinking he used to be that Jack use to be that way and is now in a better place, but to know now that that's actually how he turned out and really the future of the Jack that we know on the island, it's quite sad.......depressing..........I hate when things turn out like this over time.

I thought the plot twist was going to be like Jack and Kate knowing each other before the island and was scheming and faking not knowing each other or something....but yeah.........wow.............

Yeah, he told her.

OH yeah.....Kate was like "He's waiting for me and going to wonder where I am." I'm thinking that somebody is Sawyer so I don't think he was in the coffin.

And once again, Charlie does something stupid and unneccessary. He could have ran out of the room and closed the door from the outside or something and hurried up and swam back up to the surface. That little window in which the water was coming through was small enough where Charlie would have had enough time even leave the door open and jump into the pool of water outside the room and swim back up, so yeah. He basically committed suicide b/c of that guy's vision.

I thought he was going to write on his hand and let the guy know that Naomi isn't who she says she is.

SO Ben was kind of telling the truth. Naomi is lying, but they still end up getting off of the island, so obviously they overcome whatever obstacle Naomi and her people present to them.

I wonder how often where'll be treated to "Flashforwards" now being that there are 3 more seasons to go. Are we going to start to see where all of them end up now, or will it be a while til we get another one?

Hmmmmm........

John just needs to die, b/c he's acting very selfish and ignorant. I could understand if he was trying to prevent them from falling into Naomi's trap, but as far as we know, he knows nothing of it and it's just another one of his attempts to keep everybody on the island.

I'm sure there's more I want to say, but I have limited time and can't think of it all ahora mismo.

Night.

I imagine he was basing his actions on walt. I think the coffin is Ben, and kate had to get home to sawyer? the future flashback seemed obvious to me but half way through it was made to not be possible to be the future. When jack told the new chief to go upstairs and get his father, at that point i was like i guess i was wrong but i guess they are writing that off as jack being unstable?

Oh and im sorry the main death of Charlie was STUPID. He could have easily left the room and closed the door the same as locking himself in. It seriously would have been a milisecond difference between the 2.

That was ****ed up.

Holy mother of god. That was soo ****ed up.

I had a feeling it was an flashforward moment. I knew it couldnt be his dad because that was the reason he was in Sydney at the time, and the timing was off for him to be going crazy because at the time of his death, he wasnt an abusing alchoholic and druggie. Also, they kept on saying that they dont know what he has been through, and if it was just an dead father, or losing his wife, they wouldnt give him an room to operate, or allow him in the hospital because well, people have gone through that before and its not an reason to abuse everything. But being in an airplane crash, living on the island, and all that shit with island, I can understand them giving him room and treating him with pity. So I can figure it was an flashforward.

It was obvious that it was Locke. That's why nonbody went to the viewing. They all hate him because of something he did on the island and to keep him away from the island.

So the main question is, is that what really happened? Or some sort of something or another.

What I think is going to happen is that they will go back the island and fight whoever took it over.

I'm a bit dissappointed if they go the route Inner talked about how it will be flashforwards instead of flashbacks and it will tell the rest of the story. I dont really like that attitude. I like the mystery of the island and shit like that and that is taken away knowing that they survived.

I'm shocked about the episode. It was amazing, but I dont know if I'm going to like the new direction its going to take if its all about the future flashforwards.

So what do you people think? Is Jack's flashback correct and that they survived?

I dont think so. I think they stayed on the island. To me, it doesnt make sense at all to have the flashforwards because well, I'm assuming they get off pretty easily and quickly., if that happened, how does the show provide the answers about the island, about Jacob, more about Dharma, about all those questions that I've wanted answering. And it wont be an mystery.

EDIT: Forumcrew, I hope your right on saying it might not be the future, and you might be. The guy said he was the chief of surgery and was the new one, but then Jack said his dad was upstairs, but that could be that he is crazy, but I dont know....he had an prescription from his father for oxycodine, but then, he could of faked it, but he wouldnt of gotten the prescription because pharmacists would know that the dad died (he was the chief of surgery, and when somebody like that dies, generally, they know).....so I have no ****ing clue.

More ****ing questions....but I hope for christsakes that it wasnt the future in those flashbacks because it takes away from the show and kinda of defeats the purpose of the new seasons. What's the point of showing what happened when you already know that they survive...for example, those guys on the boat start attacking...well you know that they survive, so well, whats the point.

I'm ranting...but ah well.
