😛
Man Its LOST night tonight, and Im buzzed.
All stocked up too.
Gonna get back from rehearsals/jamming (auditioning a new singer and having our last session with our other guitarist which'll be intense), download and edit whatever is recorded through the night, then LOST should be up at around 4am for DLing in time for around 5 or 6am...ending perfectly hopefully on a night that I hope will go smoothly.. LOST! LOST...!!! LOST...!!!!!!!! 😄
Season 3 was the worst of all, in my opinion. It was good, but didn't go as smoothly as the others, AND it had those terrible characters that were killed off rather quickly. I forgot their names, it was that couple, the hot chick and the Persian King from 300.
Season 2 was very good. It had the Henry Gale storyline, and Mr. Eko.... 'nuff said!

I felt that season 2 was the most challenging to stay interested in.That 'Jack's tattoo episode' period.
Horrific.
I was glad when season 3 kicked in and we started with the time stuff even subtley.
wasn't Jack's tattoo a S3 episode? 😕 I'm pretty sure it was, hence the suckiness of S3

I can't believe the Lost forum got shafted for a heroes one. LAME....
you still post there 131
BREAK:
Bring back the Lost sub-forum, please! There's too many Lost topics blended into this. The Egypt stuff, the "which season is better and worse? stuff, the episode by episode discussions, character's histories, etc. I was a huge fan of Heroes, but it seriously has started to suck. I, along with a few others in here, don't think it's worthy of it's own sub-forum.
Back to your regularly scheduled discussion.

I'm a Jack Fanboy shrugAnd I do indeed post there. I liked it more when it was LOST.
I mean, did they switch them out because kmc thinks "heroes" is better than "lost?"
I find that suspicious mhmm
No.
At the time it was decided to shaft the Lost forum for a Heroes one, the Lost subforum was completely dead...
the latest post were mostly from a few weeks after the season finale (more than 1 month of total inactivity), there was only one lively thread (this one) most posts were only made in this main thread, while others threads barely had 20+ posts (not to mention 0 activity for more than 3 months at the time of closure)... there was only one other thread with 2000+ post: the "Sawyer" thread. 🙂
it was decided to close the subforum, because it was a waste of space
I also blame Season 3 lameness for the dismiss of the Lost Subforum. Most people stop caring about it, I guess only a few stayed for the season finale, those were the only ones who saw the potential the show had (but they stopped posting anyways).
Most people turn to watch Heroes instead. Heroes was the complete opposite of Lost, each episode ended with a good, great (though mostly cheap) cliffhanger, and things were explained (and moved much faster) right away in the next episode, as opposed to the entire Lost show which offered few and far in between answers... and pointless episodes as Jack's Tattoo (IT WAS a season 3 episode: S03E9 "Stranger in Strange Land" )
Ken made a petition to have a Heroes subforum, which Rex, Strangelove and myself supported... I was the only one who wanted to keep the Lost forum opened as well (the season finale had so much potential, and S4 delivered), but the reasons presented were enough for Raz to decide to switch them. He close the Lost subforum, and gave us the Heroes one.
It was decided to close the main Heroes thread, to avoid what happen with Lost (all posts going into only one thread) and branch out the discussion with individual (and episodic) threads.
So that concludes today's History lesson... 😛

I wonder what they think of their "awesome" decision now that Heroes has been sh1tty for the past couple of seasons. I used to love that show with a passion. Now I forced myself to wtach it.
What I find funny, and most disturbing, is that NO ONE NOTICED. The Heroes Subforum was well in its first 3 months of activity, when the first complain about Lost was posted .... 🙄
heck, after the amazing Season 4 wrap, everybody stop posting here, the only LOST thread existing in all of KMC.
just around 2 weeks, or even one week, before Season 5 started, people began posting again
....
I've been quite vocal about my discontent with Heroes... as many of you have been... but activity hadn't ceased there
while in here, everyone forgets about the show after the season finale
It has happened twice now (since the Heroes forum existence)
