X men Vs Mordor

Just as an aside, didn't the forces of Mordor include at least several Balrogs (in the books at least)? Granted, the majority of the armies are "cannon fodder", but there are some heavy hitters. I think it would be pretty close.

No the armies of Mordor did not include any Balrogs... The armies of Morgoth included Legions of Balrogs and Dragons... but that was in the first age of Middle Earth

Juggernaut:
The only match for him are Balrogs and Dragons, and if he hold his own against the teen ager that was the new Juggernaut with even half of his powers, I see Marko coming on top of the Balrog with not much problems.

Havok and Cyclops:
They will use a combo of plasma and optic blasts, causing massive destruction decimating hundreds or thousands of Mordor's army members, Havok himself can level a city with his power.

Colossus:
He's not Juggy, but he can own uruk hai and orcs with ease, they can't do nothing to him, maybe annoying him.

Xorn:
Sick of all those orrible creatures, he open a black hole and suck them all, also he suck into the black hole almost all the dragons and the balrogs, and the tower where's the eye of Sauron.

Polaris:
She will use her powers to crush into their armos the uruk hai and the orcs.
Then blast the few survivors or stomp them through levitating huge objects like walls or chunks of ground.

Cable:
Actually he's at a god-like level isn't he?
With his telekinesis he can hurl a mountain against the mordor army, and then blast them.
He can also surround himself with a telekinetic force field and grant himself super strenght of a certain level, plus he's a master combatant and tactician.

I avoid to mention the other X-Men cause the guys in the roster are more than enough to win this challenge.

Although membership is rather swollen, there is a distinct lack of "cosmic level," power atm. Xavier is no longer with the X-Men, and Rachel Summers no longer manifests the pheonix.

Even so; Storm, Colossus, Wolverine, Rogue, Iceman, and especially Polaris have no trouble dealing with Mordor's rank and file. Wolverine can literally keep fighting for days without getting exhausted. Rogue can fly overhead and pick them off as she likes. Colossus, they just can't hurt him. Iceman could drop the temperature over the field until the entire army is frozen. Polaris just waves her hand and the whole army gets crushed under its own gear. Of course, eventually they'd get to Sauron's more elite troops..... and even if Storm could blast the Ringwraiths, Sauron crushes their wills and adds them to his list of servants.

Now, X-Men, Avengers, and Fantastic Four vs the combined armies of the Dark Lord..... *Geek-gasms* 😱

You are so underestimating the X-men; but anyway here's my roster

1. Xavier- the most powerful psion and practically the patriarch of psionic.

2. Juggernaut- This behemoth along with Colossus are the team's main frontline infantry. Juggernaut alone can wipe out most of Mordor's army. Why do you think he's called the Unstoppable Juggernaut huh?

3. Magneto- Dude! This guy is a freaking black hole! His power has been upgraded where he can control quantum energy!

4. X-Man- Need I say more?

5. Cable- TK and TP are good combos to have and the fact that he's uber powerful

6. Storm- Powerful and strong willed...she controls Mother Nature!!!

7. Cyclops- A wide array of optic blast can seriously cripple Sauron's army and that he's a very good, tactical, leader

8. JEAN GREY- Hey where would Cyclops be without her huh? Plus, she has TK and TP.

9. Polaris- Another EM manipulator

10. Collosus- Extremely strong and durable

11. Havok

12. Iceman- He is very powerful

Morgoth wins. He's like uber powerful. Imagine Odin taking on the X-men. Odin who can slap Thanos around, and take everything the Mad Titan throws at him, fighting the X-men.

Without the Phoenix Force, the X-men lose.

You say that the X-men's downfall would be Sauron's magic BUT magic can't affect metals. I.e, during the inferno saga when the Goblyn Queen incapicitated all the X-men, Collosus and Longshot weren't the only ones that were affected due to Collosus steel plated armour and Longshot's probability manipulation. As for the Nargul, spirits and ghosts are made up of electronized ions which give them that glowing aura. Electrons are susceptible to electro magnetic. Magneto alone would rearrage them or disspitate them into nothing. Cable, X-Man, Jean, and Xavier would telepathically comatose Sauron's army while the rest picks them off one by one. Do u honestly think Sauron can cloud four of the most powerful minds? I don't think so?

Ok and lets be seriuos since when is Juggernaut and Magneto been part of the X-men i mean Honestly, they are not members of the X-Men

Juggernaut and Collosus form the team's frontline infantry and "shields" everyone with long range attacks as they pick off ogres one by one with lightning bolts, wide array optic blasts, plasma burst, and at the same time punching and cracking some ogres' heads. Those who got through Juggernaut and Collosus are then either get mind ****ed or blasted by EM burts. Xavier protects his students from Sauron's mind control and at the same time forms a psionic shelling around himself which paralyzes any orges, trolls, and etc that come in contact.

Juggernaut just recently became an active member and I was talking about Joseph......magneto's clone.

ok fine ill agree that maybe all these X-MEN can take Mordor, but theres no way they can even stand up to Morgoth

Of course they can, all the X-women flash their boobs at him simultaneously and while he's drooling, the guys unleash their full power on him while Xavier concentrates all of his psi power into one concentrated needle and unleash it. The end.

~Yawn~ It was decided the Xmen didn't get phoenix ealier in this thread, so that won't be happening.

Alright then... Xavier, JEAN, Cable, and Nate concentrate all of their psionic might into one uber giant psion maelstrom and unleash it. I highly doubt even Morgoth can survive the combine might of these telepaths.
