Sounds like you're referring to "God" as depicted biblically, and I will state right off the bat that I agree with you: this "God" very very very (etc) probably does Not exist. It is this type of God which also leads to problems with Pascal's Wager, since his "God" was very much the Christian you're-damned-if-you-don't-believe kind.
I like to think of my position as the kinder, gentler, more liberal version of his Wager. It is based, ultimately, on pragmatics.
i figured out that probability by rationalizing evidence, the universe came from practical nothingness, why, how and when was the universe created, out of nothing. why am i here asking thins question and wondering and FEELING. well ofcourse there is the little matter of paronormal phenomenon{the real kind}

You don't need religion to explain things and be happy. That's just the easy way out. Science is a better understanding, less confusing, and shows great detail.
If I was a scientist, I would be finding new discoveries, looking at the world at many point of views and make everyone smarter.
if I was a bishop, I would be reading the bible over and over, tell people what I think is right, talk to the pope as a superior, and waste my life trying to talk to a made up person in the clouds.
