I don't believe in God because it hurts too much.
It hurts when people claim justice is on their side when performing atrocious acts "under God's will".
It hurts when you see people suffering from discrimination when those believe in no or a different God.
It hurts when those who believe in God think themselves damned under guidelines written 2000+ years ago.
And it hurts my brain trying to comprehend the incomprehensible. It's just not worth the trouble.

I don't believe in good cos why would ppl that workship him die so young? And why when a loved one is dying and we do Anointing of the Sick and Dying and they die? I'm sorry HiddenPotential u dont have to agure about athiesm we just dont want believe in god cos we have to time for god to be in our lives like BackFire said,
many people live their lives for a heaven that might not be there.
We need to make Earth as heavenly as possible.
Becasue when we die that's probably it.

No they won't. Allah really is the God of Abraham. The story of Noah, Abraham and several other Old Testament stories are in the Qu'ran.
The difference is that Judaism(and subsequently, Christianity) stems from Isaac(who had Jacob, who was renamed 'Israel'😉, but Islam stems from Abraham's other son, Ishmael.

As you can probably tell, I'm a pretty strong atheist/agnostic(depends on the kind of day im having really), and I am Puerto Rican, but i look slightly middle eastern, so i'll get all kinds of crap from anyone of every religion. but then because i show even the slightest knowledge of islam(my best friend actually is muslim) i get even MORE shit. its just inherent discrimination because of the 2% of extremist muslims that make the news everyday. there is that 2% of extremist christians that advocate violence (abortion clinic bombings for example) and i dont see people giving random white people shit.
Its really a cycle of ignorance that needs to stop. im not saying you are ignorant, you obviously arent at all, just the lack of knowledge in general by people is pretty bad.

Definately. No one really knows how the other side lives, for the most part. And it's a serious failing in universal empathy and understanding.

All Atheists all over the world have challenged religious people these questions and others, and STILL they haven't been convinced. An Atheist only wants evidence, as they don't believe in having faith in something because there's that possibility they're wrong, and no one who's intelligent would say they're 100% right when it's possible, or scratch that, very likely they are wrong.
I could just as easily say we should worship a penis because my faith is that the penis created everything. Infact, my religion makes more sense than yours, because we are created due to penises, and vaginas.
